'Villa Vaniana' an 'eco friendly' private villa is set in a tranquil location just above the popular tourist resort of Olhos de Agua. Only a short drive from all the local beaches, restaurants and shops, you are also only a stone throw from the traditional Portuguese villages, countryside and attractions.

Ideal for friends or families holidaying together, golfing parties or a single large group.

The living quarters based on three levels, comprise a total of 5 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 3 guests with 3 bedrooms sleeping 2. We have 2 sofa beds in the upper living room, these convert into large single beds.

There are 5 bathrooms (2 ensuite) and each floor also has its own self contained, fully equipped kitchen.

Within the walls of the 1500m2 property, you will find landscaped gardens sporting mature palms, Conifers and pine trees. There is also a hammock and rope swing for both yours and the kids enjoyment.

Enjoy a swim with complete relaxation around the large pool and when you have had enough of soaking up the sunshine, you can try out the games room, including table tennis, pool table and darts. There is even a set of boules for your early evening entertainment.

Why not eat alfresco utilising the barbecue grill house with patio area and seating, listening to your favorite tunes all provided by our remote friend Alexa. Should you prefer, relax in the comfort of the villa's private sun terrace. The views from here, are simply stunning.

'A hidden oasis of enjoyment' as described by one guest, the property is situated just 2 miles from Falesia beach, voted the 12th best beach in the world and third best in Europe. This bespoke, palatial looking villa is surrounded by orange groves and fields, with the nearest neighbour some 100 yards away. If you are looking for a private tranquil vacation, close to both countryside and coast, then you need look no further.

Villa Vaniana, can be found in the quiet area of Pata situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira, only 5 miles from either of these two popular tourist destinations and only a 3 minute drive to the smaller holiday resort of Olhos de Agua.

The property is designed in such a way that it will stay cool throughout the summer months, however, all bedrooms on ground and first floor are fully air conditioned.

Eco friendly- Villa Vaniana has reduced its carbon footprint.

A large proportion of all electricity used is created from autonomous solar source.

The hot water is also solar heated.

The large 10m x 5m pool has a solar heat cover, ensuring water temperatures are in the late 20's early 30's, in high season.

Smoking is only permitted outside in the gardens or on the sun terrace / balcony using the ashtrays provided.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Agnieszka (the owner) a message.

If Agnieszka (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
