New to holiday letting Belle Cour is the name of this beautiful 3 bedroom villa located in the center of the typical french village of Olonzac. The villa is 100m to bars cafes restuarants and shops.The 19 century house is newly renovated(2012) with a modern gourmet Kitchen and luxury bathroom. The villa features a provincial Kitchen that opens through french door to a lovely walled courtyard planted with rose bushes.The courtyard is a lovely spot to enjoy the beautiful south of France sunshine and a glass of fine local wine and cheese. There is also a terrace to sit and enjoy cool breezes and a vista over the roof tops. While the house has modern facilities including cable tv and a dishwasher, it has been decorated with a strong traditonal influence using a cornflour blue and soft yellow pallet featuring many local antiques. If your looking for a beautiful setting where you can enjoy all the french lifestyle has to offer Belle Cour is for you. There many lovely local walks or you can enjoy a bike ride along the nearby canal du midi sampling wines from local Vineyards. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated so whether you are couples or a family no one misses out on a great room. Local linens are featured on all the beds. The new bathroom has a large tub to soak in and there is a further powder room facitity on the ground floor. Located just behind the Marie (town hall ) Belle Cour is central to everything and there is plenty of parking in the square opposite. Push bikes are provide so that you can enjoy the local countryside at your leisure. The house has windows on 3 faces which is unusual for a village house and makes it very bright and airy. In town there is a small super market and less than 5 mins down the road is a large super market plus the town has its own wine cooperative where local wines can be purchased at bargain prices. The new gourmet kitchen is well set up to for foodies who want to experiment with local produce but if your interested in fine dining there are several local restaurants, for all prices ranges, within walking distance. The local bar around the corner provides internet facilities. Belle Cour is a spacious villa that provides all that you need to enjoy the pleasures of a french country holiday. The house has WIFI and internet access tv.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Margaret (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
