Set within the picturesque valley of Ovacik, this delightful and beautifully built 4 bed villa is privately owned and is set wonderfully just off of the main Ovacik road.
It has been constructed to the usual high standards set by Orka (Orka World Hotel and Aquapark is 5 mins walk away) and is built over 3 floors, with an impressive attic which has a wet room en suite. Each bedroom has access to a balcony with stunning views of the surrounding Babadag mountain range.
Set on a large plot, a private walled garden (with additional privacy screening) encloses the villa which houses a very good sized swimming pool, separate baby pool, outdoor shower and a BBQ with a lovely patio and terrace, luxuriously furnished with plenty of seating for dining al fresco.
The garden and pool are maintained daily and the maid service is every 3/4 days and is all included in the price.
The fantastic Orka team are also on hand to help your holiday run smoothly should you need them, providing a second to none (non-intrusive) service, so all you need to do is relax and enjoy your holiday.

From here you can see the newly built cable car attraction and can relax whilst watching the paragliders descend from the top of Babadag mountain (often achieving heights of up to 12000 feet, you may even fancy having a go yourself!)
Further details outdoors
The villa itself is situated in a lovely area within the hills of Ovacik, surrounded by beautiful panoramic views of the impressive Babadag mountain.
The region is very peaceful and quiet, only interrupted occasionally by the 'call to prayer' from the local mosques or the grazing of cows, goats, horses or maybe even the wild boar in the neighbouring field!
A five minute walk will get you to the main Ovacik road, where you can visit a traditional turkish bath, opt for a variety of massages, get nails and hair done in the local salon, have a pedicure or get a traditional turkish shave in one of the many barbers before visiting one of the local shops and then finishing in one of the numerous local bars/restaurants for a well earned refresher.
Catering for all tastes, there's a variety of very traditional and local dishes to try, but if you fancy a change during your stay, you also have easy access to Chinese, Italian, Thai and Indian cuisine in Ovacik, so really are spoilt for choice and all offer excellent value for money.
For the more bustling and lively resort of Hisaronu, a pleasant 20 minute walk away from Ovacik (down the hill!) will introduce you to even more bars, shops and restaurants and you can further descend towards either OluDeniz, Kaya or Fethiye should you be feeling even more adventurous.
If it's too hot and you don't fancy the walk, there are plenty of road side taxi call buttons spread around the area, with the nearest placed literally 5 metres outside the front gate of the villa (taxi's usually turn up within minutes of pressing). Approximate prices for 2022 are Hisaronu 2 gbp, Oludeniz Beach 4 gbp, Kaya (ghost town) 5 gbp and Fethiye 5 gbp to name just a few destinations.
Alternatively, there is a very frequent Dolmus service (local mini buses) which are second to none and you can still get into Hisaronu within 5-10 minutes, visit the ever beautiful blue lagoon of OluDeniz beach (10-15 minutes), Kaya ghost town or the main heaving town of Fethiye including the famous Tuesday market (20 minutes) all for a very modest charge per head (generally less than approx. 1 gbp).
