Het appartement is ingedeeld op basis van 2 personen om een zo groot mogelijk comfort te bereiken.
Dit appartement is het enige appartement op basis van 2 personen in het complex.
Slaapkamer en badkamer zijn extra ruim opgezet.

ALGEMEEN
De omgeving is zeer bergachtig en is behouden gebleven in zijn natuurlijke pracht.
In de omgeving zal men geen hoogbouw aantreffen door de overheid voorschriften.
De maximale bouwhoogte in de directe omgeving is 3 verdiepingen vanaf de grond.
Het gevolg is dat u zich ten aller tijde in een natuurlijke en relaxt aandoende omgeving bevindt.
Een spectaculaire kustlijn met fantastische vergezichten is het directe gevolg.

OVACIK
Ligt centraal tussen Oludeniz en Fethiye en Hisaronu in.
Het appartement zelf ligt op 1500 m van de winkelstraat van Ovacik .
Door deze ligging bent u verzekerd een optimaal rustige bergachtige omgeving en zijn alle andere zaken zoals,stranden,winkels, eetgelegenheden en een grotere plaats onder handbereik.
Eenmaal per week is er een grote markt.

HISARONU – 1,5 KM
Een uitgaansdorp bij uitstek, een dorp nagenoeg geheel opgebouwd uit eetgelegenheden, bars en excursie shops vormt na 17.00 hr het hart van het uitgaansleven .
Het dorp wordt na 17.00 hr in de zomer auto vrij gehouden.

OLUDENIZ – 3 KM
Prachtig oud dorp met grote zandstranden en een “Blue Lagune” .
Parasailing vormt een bijzonder boeiend aspect van het strandleven, tientallen vluchten per dag gebruiken de directe omgeving van het strand als landingsstrip.

FETHIYE – 5KM
Fethiye is een gezellig en levendig stadje in de directe nabijheid en beschikt over een zeer uitgestrekte boulevard welke zeker een bezoek waard is.
Winkelen is in Fethiye zonder meer een leuke ervaring door de mix van toerisme en tevens ook lokaal georiënteerde winkels.

OPENBAARVERVOER
Het is mogelijk u vanaf het appartement met een shuttle van de Orkaorganisatie gratis naar de hoofdstraat van Ovacik te laten brengen.
Vandaar kan men gebruik van ” Dolmussen “maken, welke in grote getallen rond rijden.
Dolmussen zijn bussen welke tot taak hebben mensen over een vaste route te vervoeren .
De Dolmussen in de omgeving van Ovacik zijn van hoge kwaliteit en goedkoop.
Opstappen en uitstappen kan gewoon kan op ieder willekeurig punt langs de route, men kan de Dolmus gewoon aanhouden of de chauffeur vragen om te stoppen.

HUURAUTO
De optimale manier om te genieten van de omgeving en vrijheid is uiteraard de huurauto.
Rijden in Turkije is geen probleem echter het is even wennen aan de manier waarop in Turkije de weg wordt verdeeld. Het principe is de ruimte te geven of te nemen waarbij je wel eens een stukje van de rijbaan moet afstaan of nemen.
De doorgaande wegen zijn zonder meer goed de secundaire wegen zijn vaak wel goed berijdbaar en verhard echter soms niet geasfalteerd.
Door het zeer bergachtige karakter van de omgeving is de handrem een must.
Op u verzoek kunnen wij een poging tot bemiddeling doen m.b.t. informatie over de prijs van uw huurauto.
U moet echter zelf ter plekke alle formaliteiten zelf regelen.
De verwachte kosten zullen tussen €125,- tot €150,- per week liggen voor de huur van de auto.
Benzine kosten zijn te vergelijken met die in Nederland.
Rijden bij nacht is niet echt aan te raden.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
