Gelegen in herrlicher, ruhiger Lage befindet sich das kleine Apartmenthaus „Haus Föhrenwald“.

Das Apartment, Top 16 „Mundeblick“ befindet sich im 2. Stock mit west seitiger Ausrichtung und Blick ins Dorfzentrum und der traumhaften Bergwelt der Hohen Munde.

Das 35 m2 große 1-Raumapartement besteht aus einem großzügigen Wohn- und Schlafraum mit einer neuen, komplett ausgestatteten Küchenzeile. Das Bad besteht aus Dusche, WC und Waschbecken und die Wohnung verfügt natürlich über Sat/TV. Die Wohnung wurde erst kürzlich liebevoll renoviert, die durchdachte Raumaufteilung bietet ein angenehmes Wohngefühl. Bei Bedarf kann ein Zustellbett und/oder Gitterbett eingestellt werden. Zum Apartment gehören ein Autoabstellplatz vor dem Haus, ein Schikeller, Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten sowie ein Kellerabteil, das bei Bedarf auch genützt werden kann. Die großzügige Liegewiese und ein großer, schöner Garten bieten Ihnen die Möglichkeit auch im Freien zu verweilen und zu entspannen.

Das Dorfzentrum, wo sich der Bahnhof, die Fußgängerzone und das Casino Seefeld befinden, ist in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist die Bushaltestelle für den Shuttle- und Gratisschibus. Die Bergbahnen Rosshütte, auch Haltestelle des Fernreisebusses, die Loipen und im Sommer der 9 Loch Golfplatz sind jeweils zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Entdecken Sie die wunderschönen Wanderwege und Freizeit Trails rund um das Seefelder Plateau. Den ruhig gelegenen Wildsee erreicht man in etwa 10 Gehminuten.

Appartamento nuovo, ben arredato e con cucina completa. La posizione e' comoda, il parcheggio e' gratuito e il centro si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi. I gestori sono molto disponibili.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Madeleine (the owner) a message.

If Madeleine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
