Apartmant is placed above Omis with stunning views of the mountains to the rear, and with views from apartmant to Omis bay and the islands.Apartmant and sunbathing area are south facing, so enjoys all day sunshine.If you prefear shade, there is reading/relaxing area behind apartman, under the olive trees.Below, just 3 min drive or 15 min walk away, is the historic medieval town of Omis with all modern amenities, and sandy beach with a safe clear bay in which to swim, and there is the river Cetina enters the sea.The river and the canyon behind the apartman, not only provides the most wonderful scenery, but also affords a myriad of outdoor activities including canoeing, white water rafting, climbing, zipline,mountain biking ect. The hiking is particularly outstanding along paths through the wooded slopes to the mountain ridges. The walk from the apartmant to the Venetian fort directly above, from where there is an excellent view of the Cetina, is a fine example.Apartmant is perfectly positioned to provide for both a peaceful break in a beautiful quiet setting, and a base from where to persue numerous outdoor sporting activities. Uitstekend. Mooie locatie. Lekker weertje. Mooie stranden, rustige stranden. Je kunt er pittige wandelingen maken. Omis is een levendige badplaats.

Why can't I call Petar (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Petar (the owner) a message.

If Petar (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
