This comfortable and nicely furnished holiday home with a swimming pool is situated in the hinterland of Makarska Riviera. It comprises the main house, supporting house, apartman, olympic pool, terraces, multimedia-lounge bar, garden and lawn. All rooms are air-conditioned.There is also "party club" at the lower floor of main house with billiard 8ft, table foodbal, darts, video wall, pianino, karaoke stage . If you are a fan of swimming, active rest and nature, this location will be excellent for you. The owner speaks English and German and lives in a neighboring house. From the property, there is an unforgettable view on the Biokovo mountain – protected Nature Park. In 15 minutes you can reach the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast or visit the nearby islands. Property is perfectly located for daily visits to Split, Trogir, Međugorje, Dubrovnik or nature park Krka.

The villa is located in a peacefull and rustical hamlet Krnići with only a few houses, situated on the edge of the beautiful nature park of Biokovo, 2km away from Zadvarje and Cetina canyon. In the neighborhood people live in the traditional way and produce organic food . Only 2 km away from the villa, in Zadvarje and Šestanovac, there are 2 restaurants with domestic food (free delivery on villa 10-24h), caffe bars, gas station, farmacy, emergency ambulance, post office, ATM, 4 supermarkets, 2 butchery stores , fruit & vegetable stores, football and basketball playground. There are many walking trails to the nearby fields, down to the river, to the sea or up to the mountain Biokovo. You can rent bicycles or you can arrange a transfer to any trip destination in the villa . There is a point in Zadvarje with organized tours of rafting, canyoning, kayaking to the firth of Cetina, Omiš, where is also a zip-line. Horse riding and fly fishing on Cetina are 30 minutes drive from the villa. Brela, the most beautiful beach on the Adriatic coast is only 15 minutes drive form the villa , and offers a variety of water sports: diving, windsurfing, kitesurfing, parasailing, jet ski, pedals ... Daily excursions to the islands of Hvar, Brač and Vis are organized from Brela and Makarska. You can rent a boat for excursions, fishing or tuna fishing. The unique traditional 200-year-old handicraft and home-made food fair/market is held every Tuesday in Zadvarje : cheese, bacon, ham, rostaed lamb ,prosciutto, homemade jam, souvenirs, antiques, domestic animals market (goats, cows, donkeys, chickens ..)

    If Srdjan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
