The nature lovers and lovers of organic food, sea, river, islands, pool, high privacy, you have found your dream house. The House of Green Experience is situated in the quiet village Naklice over the canyon of the river Cetina, only a few miles away from the town of Omis and the Adriatic Sea.

The special feature of this luxury and cozy house is its colorful interior and the many charming details that make this house a home. The house is separated in 2 flats connected by an external staircase. The apartment on the ground floor is fully - equipped, it consists of green room with a double bed dimension 140 x 200 cm, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment on the first floor has 2 bedrooms: the first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm), the second has two bunk beds (90 x 200cm), two people can also sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (200 x 230cm) in the air-conditioned living room. The living room provides a big flatscreen TV with digital TV, a stereo system with a radio, wireless free Internet access and a fireplace. On the first floor there are also fully - equipped kitchen, guest bathroom with a toilet and the bathroom with a bath, toilet and washing machine. We can provide a children's travel bed, as well as one highchair.

There is a private pool with a sun terrace and loungers. You can sit at the wooden table on the veranda and enjoy meals, or simply relax in the canopy swing and gaze out over the greenery. There is an outdoor kitchen with a tap, fridge and oven. There are parking spaces in front of the house, as well as a garage, so there are three parking spaces in total.

The guests can directly participate in picking fresh fruits, thus all vegetables and fruits whenever they want from our organic garden so the holiday will be particularly appealing to parents of young children. We, the family jakovčić offer and jams from our organic production as well as olive oil and wine. Green area provide the ideal place for rest and relaxation of the body and soul. Restful sleep allows extremely favorable climate in the hot summer months at 235 meters in above the sea level. The privacy is guaranteed the home positioned only a few minutes within the walking distance from the village.

The nearest grocery shop is 2 km away,supermarket is in 6 km distance, and large malls are some 20 minutes driving, in the suburb of Split.

The town of Omis is only a 6-kilometers drive away. Many events are held there during the summer, such as folklor evenings, a pirates´ night, concerts and local song evenings, called ‘Klape'. To the left of Omis there is one of the most beautiful canyon in Croatia, where you can indulge in extreme sports, such as climbing, canoeing, rafting, rope riding, paragliding etc. Or you can visit the Radman mills by car, boat or on foot. We recommend a boat trip for children with a picnic to one of our islands, a trip in a submarine, the diving school and the Dino park, about 1km from the town.The Omiš also have many sandy and pebbles beaches which are characteristics of this part of the coast and make it one of the most beautiful, unusual and incomparable.

The second largest town in Croatia Split is only 30 minutes driving from our ''beauty'', tourist center of Dalmatia, founded from ancient roman imperator Diocletian more than 1700 years ago- a zero-category monument protected by UNESCO. Split indulges all your interests, from priceless historical sights in the very centre of the town, numerous taverns, vine and oil bars, beaches and forest Marjan, sports events to night clubs and fun.

Minimum stay in the period of 1st July till 10th September is 5 days. Arrival and departure of guests is possible every day. Departure is till 10 am and arrival from 4 pm.

How do damage deposits work?
