From the owner

This comfortable holiday home is situated in a small village Gata, near the coast of Adriatic sea. It's located on the slopes of mountain Mosor and surrounded with the forest that has many signposted trails. It's perfect for everyone that loves nature and enjoys a peaceful and quiet vacation. The nearest city is Omiš, a beautiful little town with many beaches and endless possibilities for different summer activities such as rafting, fishing, hiking, sightseeing and cultural events. House itself has three floors. The ground floor has two garages and a small gym with table tennis. On the first floor, there are a kitchen, dining room, living room and a small bathroom. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and a big bathroom. There is air-conditioning downstairs and in each bedroom. House has a small balcony and a big balcony with a dining table. Behind the house, under the trees that provide sun protection is a swimming pool and Lazy-Z-Spa jacuzzi. Next to the pool is bbq, dining table and sun loungers. There is also a small playground for kids that has swings and a big trampoline.

IMPORTANT RULE

Our dog stays at the property during summer. He lives in his outdoor enclosure that is attached to the house. However, he has no contact with guests whatsoever and he is not allowed indoors. We come to feed him and walk him every morning and every evening, without coming into the house of course, so guests are not disturbed at any point. Our dog is fairly big (tornjak, a breed similar to St. Bernard dog) and very cute. He's very well behaved, all previous guests loved having him there. If you have any questions about him feel free to ask. If you have any issues with the dog please do say so BEFORE booking your stay. By booking the house you agree to the aforementioned rules.
