VILLA PARADISE is situated in Duće just 150m from the sand beach, and 2 km from Omiš. It is well equipped and decorated with high standards and we guarantee that you will enjoy all offered.

With a fantastic sea view from all property, you are also within walking distance from restaurants, shops, the town, the beach....all.

Villa Paradise is part of a semi-detached house owned by two brothers and each offered separately for a maximum of twelve-person (10+2) and organized to have their privacy. It is set a little bit up the hill in a more peaceful area and is just 150 m from the most beautiful sand beach in this area.

Villa Paradise has a 32m2 heated pool with a smaller part for children. On the sun deck area, there are deck chairs, comfortable outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining table with chairs.

Villa Paradise has two floors, with five bedrooms, one playroom, and a total of 5 bathrooms + 2 toilets, it has several balconies and terraces and your private tavern in the basement. It is fully fenced and has 3 garage places.

It is fully furnished with 8 A/C units and heating throughout the entire house and bedrooms, a swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue next to the entrance, a TV, free fast Wi-Fi, and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home.

-Ground floor:

The main entrance places you into the spacious living area with an exit to the pool area and a view of the sea. In the living room, you have air conditioning, a TV, and a fireplace for post-season time. The living area is connected to the kitchen and dining area and is all very spacious. There is a pantry next to the kitchen and also a toilet on the ground floor. The large and beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, four-ring electric stove, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates and silverware, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and microwave.

-First floor:

Bedroom NO1 with double bed 180x200, and a full bathroom with shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No2).

Bedroom NO2 has two single beds 90x200 which can be connected as one double it has a full bathroom with a shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No1).

Spacious playroom with 2 sofas that can be opened in additional beds, a TV, game console, and toys, a great place for children of all ages.

-Second floor:

Bedroom NO3 with double bed 180x200, it has a full bathroom with shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No4).

Bedroom NO4 has two single beds 90x200 which can be connected as one double it has a full bathroom with a shower (en-suite). It has a door in order to access the outside terrace with a sea view (together with Bedroom No. 3).

Bedroom NO5 with double bed 180x200 it has a full bathroom with bath (en-suite).

Possibility of adding a baby cot in any room you choose.

In the basement, there is a room with a billiards table.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send FERIE HOME d.o.o. (the owner) a message.

If FERIE HOME d.o.o. (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
