GROUND FLOOR: Private swimming pool 8m*3,5m *1,6m with hydro massage, the water is with the no-Clor system, sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, two dining areas, a playground with a swing, and another grass plot with badminton net and ping pong table. From this area, you can reach your private, rustically, and fully equipped summer kitchen and traditional barbecue, TV, Radio with USB connection, and a comfortable dining area. Here you can take a break from the sun, as it is always nice and cool here. The ground floor also offers a Finnish Sauna, a bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. There is an outdoor barbecue next to the spacious covered dining area. The outdoor area is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and typical Dalmatian pine trees. You have a private parking plot for 4 cars.

UPPER GROUND FLOOR level: a modern living area with TV, free WiFi, a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, air-conditioning, a family bathroom with shower, and a washing machine. There is also a huge, covered terrace with outdoor, comfortable furniture, table soccer, and a great view of the green nature. Here you can enjoy the evenings with a glass of Dalmatian “vino”.

On the FIRST FLOOR are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: Bedroom No.1 with double bed (160cm x 200cm) and balcony, Bedroom No.2 with double bed (160cm x 200cm) and exit to terrace; Bedroom No.3 with a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and exit to terrace; a Media Room with TV, PS4, A/C, a convertible sofa for one person and exit to terrace. There is also a Family Bathroom with a shower. Bedrooms No.2 and No.3, and the Media room have an exit to the huge terrace with furniture for relaxing. Enjoy the sunsets or the mornings surrounded by Mediterranean plants and the twittering of birds.

Situated in the small village Naklice where you can feel a real rural way of life, in a very peaceful and unspoiled environment with a great mountain landscape with very clear air where local people grow vegetables, fruit, and products like honey, jam, olive oil... which you can buy in the neighborhood. You can reach within walking distance a local restaurant Palacio (200m), which offers traditional Dalmatian food in a rural, Mediterranean atmosphere.

You are only 7km far from the small Mediterranean town Omiš with great restaurants, sand, and pebble beach’s with clean and warm Adriatic Sea, and historical attractions, also 7 km far from the beautiful river Cetina that offers a lot of activities like rafting, zip-line, canoeing, free climbing... Famous town Split with great history is only 25 min drive away (18km). Located in the heart of the middle Dalmatia with a great road connection to easily visit Split and Diocletian Palace with great historical attractions, Salona Ruins, and Klis fortress (Game of Thrones tour). You are located in a very quiet and unspoiled environment, but still very close to all you need for an unforgettable stay.

Upon arrival, your host will give you much useful information about places to visit, recommended restaurants, possibilities to rent a private boat tour, and have your unforgettable Adriatic adventure visiting the island Brač or Hvar, the possibility to order dinner, and arrange a body massage.

Great location, a very quiet and natural environment but still close to everything you need.
