+++We would like to reassure all guests that we are following all the recommendations for cleaning and disinfection, including allowing for ample time between guests. We have added a lockbox, the combination will be sent the day before your arrival.+++ VILLA FUGA is only a 25 min drive to Omiš or Brela, and their sand and pebble beaches. Situated in a small mountain village, yet very close to all you need to make your holidays more interesting from rafting, zip-line, canoeing, horseback riding to just enjoying the serenity and fresh clean mountain air.

Villa Fuga was first listed in May 2016 when it was renovated from its original traditional stone one story home to the two story comfortable house with four bedrooms and four baths, offering a large outdoor area with a swimming pool (8X4m) with outdoor shower, an outdoor covered dining area complete with grill area and outdoor stone sink, a swing area for kids, 3 secured parking places, a small vineyard and flower garden. In 2017 the exercise room was added, while in 2018 the addition of a pavillion provided extra privacy for relaxing by the pool. On the ground floor: an open planned dining/ living room and fully equipped kitchen with a exit to the outdoor area, bedroom No.1 with a queen sized bed (160x200), family bathroom with bathtub/shower comb and washing machine.

On the first floor: Bedroom No.2 with a king sized bed 180X200 cm and bathroom (en-suite) with shower, Bedroom No. 3 with 2 single beds, Bedroom No.4 with 1 single bed, one bathroom with shower and a bathroom (toilet). For our 2019 season we have added our Elderberry Suite, which has a separate entrance from the villa via its connecting balconies. The Elderberry suite houses our fifth bedroom with a queen sized bed (160x200) with its own ensuite (walk in shower).

A perfect place to escape from all the everyday pressures and just relax. A excellent base for those who want to explore the region. The villa is only a kilometer away from the highway providing easy access to all the regular tourist spots without the hassle of coastline traffic, especially during peak season. Enjoy all the tourist events and sites that Split, Omis, Makarska, Sibenik and even Zadar have to offer and then retreat to the serenity of the cooler and quieter mountain environment of the villa. Swim at your leisure in your own private solar heated pool under the stars to the music of crickets chirping in the background.

Interaction with guest

We live nearby and make ourselves available for our guests, if they so wish. We have added a lockbox, so arrival time is more flexible. We like to check in with those guests, who want that sort of interaction, at least once during their stay to make sure they are enjoying themselves. I am personal available at all times via whats app to my guests. Naturally, the villa provides free unlimited internet via wifi, so that communication with me or friends and family is simple. A week prior to arrival, I contact my guests to agree upon an arrival time, exchange phone numbers and give directions. I am always available to address any and all guest concerns before, during and after their stay.

There is a safety gate to prevent small children direct access to the pool, but it must be closed to work, and should not be used as a substitute for supervision.     How do damage deposits work?
