Accommodation in Oradea. Enjoy the new Nymphaea AQUAPARK. Thermal water & awesome slides will make your stay more relaxing. Modern apartment situated at a 10-15min walking distance to everything worth experiencing in Oradea. Significant discounts offered depending on the period of stay! Easily hosts 4 pers.

The apartment has 2 rooms: a living room with a big extendable sofa, and a bedroom also with a big extendable sofa (see pictures), which each easily accommodates 2 persons per room. The bedroom is private and can be locked with a key. It also has a balcony.

There are also one kitchen and a bathroom available for your use.

The apartment is situated in the old center of the city and conveniently placed near all the attractions in Oradea. Also right across the street there is a supermarket, pharmacy, ATM and a local market with fresh organic produce. There is a gas station nearby and a non-stop shop in 7 mins walking distance.

The biggest mall in town is 15 min walking distance or 5 min by local transport. The town center holds many cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars and clubs, each at a 10-15min walking distance.

If time allows I will offer to pick you up from airport/train station/bus station. If that won't be possible, I can arrange someone to pick you up. Also you can contact me for information regarding travel arrangements.

The apartment is close to a bus and a tram station, but for a long drive the taxis are the fastest solution. They are really cheap (ex. to cross the whole town from one end to another it costs around 5-7 euros).

In conclusion the place is conveniently situated to a walking distance to everything worth experiencing in Oradea.

I am a nonsmoker, but the guests can smoke on the balcony. There is no curfew, the guests can come and leave as they prefer. Any loud noise after 22:00 is not appreciated as it will disturb the neighbors.

Check-in times are after 17:00 during the week and after 12:00 during the Week-end. Check-out time is until 11:00 am. I am flexible with the times, but only if I don't have other reservations that conflict with this.

Visits are accepted, but must be confirmed by the host first. Small parties are also accepted when prior confirmed by the host, as long as the noise level will not disturb any neighbors.

I can agree with pets only if the guest is assuring that the apartment will remain clean. A small (5-10 euro) cleaning fee may be charged in this case.

If something is not as described would appreciate if you would let me know so we can work out any situation together. I am very open to communication.
