Spacious apartment in a big tropical garden with hummingbirds in the center of Aruba. The closest beaches are only 10 minutes by car. But there is so much more to see. We love to help you on this discovery, with ideas for activities, day trips and interesting places. We strongly advise you to rent a car to get most out of your holiday.

The bed room has a queen size bed.

We do respect your privacy, but if you wish, we will be there for you, to help to make your holiday a superb experience.We are living just a mile outside Santa Cruz, close to the National Park Arikok (good for hiking and mountain biking). Because we are located exactly in the center of the island, you are never far away from anything. Please check our pictures for just an impression.

Santa Cruz is a village with shops and restaurants. Two supermarkets are in walking distance (3-5 min). The nearest bus stop is a 10 min walk.

In the apartment there is a booklet with information about the apartment, shopping, restaurants etc. If you want your privacy we will not disturb you after the explanation during the welcome tour. If you have questions, if you want more information or if you just like to have a talk, we will be there for you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dionicia & Reinier (the owner) a message.

If Dionicia & Reinier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
