Fully equipped: - installed kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer & dishwasher. - air conditioning & central heating - 2 bathrooms (towels & beach towels provided) - 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed & 1 with 2 separate beds - washing machine - smart TV, music system - south facing terrace with sea view - swimming pool with Jacuzzi - underground parking place Environment: - beach at 3 km - in the immediate vicinity of golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Rojales & Las colinas - airport: alicante at 55 km & murcia at 25 km - new shopping center La Zenia Boulevard at walking distance - nearby nice bars & restaurants In the price included for 1 week 80 kWh. If more consumes 0.5 euros per kWh, this is measured with a digital meter so you can follow it perfectly. Pay separately at abandoned apartment is 65 euros for cleaning and to wash bedding. Everything is available to use such as wax product, toilet paper, ... we count on the goodwill of the people who use up something that they replace this as a kind of gentlemen's agreement. Shopping centre,strand,alles in de buurt, Perfecte locatie voor lange of korte vakanties. Bezoek Embalase de la pedrera eet daarna een 3 gangen menu bij Castillo de Conesa a 9.90 pp.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julie (the owner) a message.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
