Our condo is located inside the Floridays Orlando Resort ON the world famous International Drive, where you'll find the amenities of a world-class luxury hotel. The lushly landscaped 20-acre property offers holidaymakers everything they need to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing, business meetings, shopping or recreation.

There is free WIFI in the condo and resort.

Our condo is within 5 minutes drive away from Sea World and Universal Studio's, and within 10 minutes to all the Disney Parks. Grocery shops such as Publix and Walgreen are within walking distance and Walmart is 5 minutes from the resort, for the serious shopper there are the Premium Outlets, including Nike, Timberland,UGG, Armani, Hugo Boss, Parada, Coach, Diseal, GUESS, Tommy Hilfigher, Addidas and many more top designer labels at bargin bucket prices, (make sure you pick up your discount cards from the visitor centre or at reception) on International Drive and the Millenium Mall/MACY'S which is 10 minutes drive from the resort.

The condo, is located close to the pools, one of which has a beach area and kids play area. The condo has two double bedrooms with fitted closet space and two bathrooms, one with jacuzzi and walk in shower. It also has Xbox 1 for those non park days.

A welcome pack is available on arrival. There are representatives at the resort who speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Mandarin, etc. Full Maid Service available as an extra. There is additional internet access at the resorts business centre. There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access and throughout the resort.

Our 2-bedroom condo offers family size space so you have room to relax, it also includes a 68-square-foot balcony, perfect for enjoying the fantastic Florida weather. For a group vacation, getaway, corporate gathering, family holiday, honeymoon, the condo is as elegant as it is functional. Our condo is fully furnished and features complete amenities for cooking, dining, relaxing and more. From soft towels to silverware. Amenities include: Fully equipped kitchens, including a washer and dryer. Individually controlled air conditioning unit. Free high-speed Internet access. Dishwasher, Mircowave, Coffee Blender/Toaster/ Pots,Pans,Utensils, 30" flat screen tv in every Bedroom, and a 60" flat screen tv in the lounge, DVD Player, CD Player, Three telephones, Safe. Plenty of Storage Space, Balcony with chairs table and overhead fan.

As part of a world class resort the facilities include 24/7 reception desk, concierge services, conference space, and grand pool including a beach with volleyball area. Guests have free access to the resorts state of the art fitness centre/gym, game room including the latest digital games and more. The beautifully landscaped grand swimming pool complex is a highlight of the resort, with a lounge, plenty of sunbeds, and a deck area great for casual gatherings. The smaller, more private pool is ideal for lap swimming and sunbathing. You can also order a tall, tropical drink or lunch from the Pool Bar and Grill while kids splash in the nearby water-jet playscape and wading pool. Need a snack or some last-minute necessities? The resort also includes a convenience store with groceries, toiletries, ATM machine and other essentials for your trip. The deli serves fresh sandwiches and light lunch items for a quick and delicious meal during the day.

Why can't I call Jaspal (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Jaspal (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jaspal (the owner) a message.

If Jaspal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
