Our 5 bedroom, 3-bathroom villa was built in July 2004 and is located in the Silver Creek Community. Quietly situated in a new tranquil development off Highway 27 just 1-mile from the interchange at Highway 192, the villa is ideally situated for the areas many theme parks and golf courses. Situated only 8 miles from the magic of Disney, Orlandoskyvilla is your ideal base for a family holiday.

The villa is furnished to a high standard and sleeping 12 people it is ideal for one or two families who wish to enjoy the experience of a Florida holiday in style and comfort. ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME. The villa has 2 master bedrooms with sumptuous US king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. There is a double bedroom and 2 further twin bedrooms along with an extra pool side bathroom. We have an open plan living area with a large T.V. an upgraded HD package and some DVD's to entertain you. Complimentary connection to the Wi-Fi. All linen provided including pool towels.

After a fun filled day at the theme parks or the golf course, what could be better than a swim in the extended pool? Or maybe refresh your body in the spa overlooking the conservation area before relaxing with a drink in the games room or watching TV.

We have baby equipment which includes travel cot, bedding, high chair, booster seat and buggy. (we kindly ask all guest to clean the equipment after use for future guests)

Our villa is fully licenced and insured and fitted with a monitored security alarm.

We have a local Management Company on hand who look after our villa and offer help to our guests.

BBQ is available to hire per week via our Management company.

“Fabulous villa in a great location”

Really enjoyed our stay at the Orlandoskyvilla. It was in a great position for the Disney parks and even had a huge Walmart just next door to the estate which made shopping so easy. The villa was well equipped for families as it had a lovely pool and lots of pool toys along with games etc. I would suggest paying for pool heating as it meant we could go in any time and it was a good temperature - really enjoyed that. We have stayed in villas with no pool heat and it can put you off on a cool day! The owner (Jan) was extremely helpful before and during our trip so many thanks to her. Would definitely go again!

Found Jan to be very helpful when requested extra information on local gyms and shops etc. Villa was very well equipped for the needs of a family including everything we needed for a 6 month old baby. Close to local shops including a large Walmart. Plenty of different places to eat all within a very small travelling distance. A very nice quiet neighbourhood. All in all a wonderful holiday.

had a wonderful time in your villa i would recommend it to all my friends & family,didn't want for anything the villa was well looked after pool area was to die for when u've had a long day at the theme parks the jacuzzi was very relaxing . tips when you go to theme parks make sure you have comfy shoes or trainers on with a pair of trainer socks plus if you go on water rides wear ligjht clothes that will dry quick not jean type material hope you all have a fab time like we did xx

We stayed in this villa for two weeks and it was perfect and a fantastic alternative to just booking a room in a hotel. After a busy day at the parks, coming back to the villa, which is modern and well furnished was great. It is a twenty minute drive from Disney and about forty minutes to Seaworld and Universal. Restaurants are just a short drive away. We liked Red Lobster and Outback the best. Our son thought the pool was great and we all enjoyed the jacuzzi. We would love to return and would recommend to anyone. The location is really peaceful and in a lovely area.

This villa was just perfect. The location is excellent, in a quiet street, looking out onto grass, trees and local wildlife at the rear (Rabbits, Squirrels and even a family or Crane), but within 40 minutes of the international airport and even handier for Universal, Disney and Sea World. The accommodation is excellent too, two big en-suite rooms with king size beds; a queen size room with a bathroom so close it might as well have been en-suite, and two twin rooms. The living area is huge (and well furnished), open plan to the kitchen. To be honest we hardly used that because there were so many great places to eat (a particular favourite was Sweet Tomatoes off the 192). The outdoor pool is an excellent size, with a spa bath attached, so you could easily spend plenty of time just relaxing there, or playing pool, air hockey, table football or darts in the games room. My kids loved all of these. They also loved access to free wifi, so they could stay connected :-) It was a lovely place to arrive at after a long flight, or at the end of a long day, and I never got tired of waking up to warm sunshine and the gently sound of running water from the pool. Another important thing was the communication with Jan. She was really great at keeping in touch from the first booking all the way through to arriving back. She was always willing to offer help and advice - including a great tip on where to book a hire car - and could not have been nicer. Once at the villa there was a folder of useful information, guide books and also a guest book filled with useful suggestions. Things like that really make a difference. Also, there is a local management company on hand if anything should go wrong. We actually had a problem with the front door lock part way through the holiday. We called them (outside office hours) to leave a message. They replied within five minutes, and were round to fix the problem within half an hour. They could not have been more lovely or helpful. All these things added up to a fantastic experience and I can't recommend this villa highly enough. We certainly intend to go back again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
