I am the owner of a time share unit # 556 at the WESTGATE LAKES RESORT & SPA, located 10,000 Turkey Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819. I cannot use my week this year 2018, so I am offering for- $1750 - the renting these 2 units during the Christmas week (wk 51) The 3-bedroom villa (1800 sq ft) consists of a two-bedroom villa with a full kitchen adjoined by a separate, Studio villa has a partial kitchen. The villa has a maximum privacy for two families and sleeping UP TO 12 PEOPLE.

Check In: Saturday - December 21, 2019 (after 4:00 PM)

Check Out: Saturday - December 28, 2019 (before 10:00 AM)

Just to clarify, You are not buying the time share. The unit is for the rental period stated. You will a "Guest" of an Owner.

IF INTERESTED - The two units are FOR SALE for period stated. You are purchasing from the Owner. WESTGATE sells the unit for $18,000, so I am offering the unit for 90% less than their asking price - $1,800.

The resort is a Great 5 star lockout unit, situated on 110 tropical acres with one mile of lakefront property in Orlando, a scenic lakefront setting & pool, can accommodate with 2 bed/2 bath, sleeps 8 people. Large floor space with a veranda overlooking the lake & pool. The unit includes many great features such in MBR - 1 King Bed, Single Whirlpool Tub, attached Bedroom - 2 Double Beds, Bathroom, big screen TV/cable/DVD player, leather Queen sleeper sofas, fully-equipped kitchens with refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and in-unit a full-size laundry appliance. Resort amenities include: Serenity Spa by Westgate, Westgate Smokehouse Grill, Joe's Marketplace & Deli, Pizza Hut Express (pick up/delivery), Seven Heated Outdoor Pools, Seven Hot Tubs, Four Children's Wading Pools, Lakeside Marina & Dock, Fitness Center, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, Miniature Golf, Bicycle Rental, Playground, Game Room, Horseshoes, Shuffleboard, High-speed Internet (fee applies), Business Center, Laundry Facilities, Free Scheduled Transportation to Theme Parks & Pet Friendly - A 75 dollars refundable deposit is required at check-in. If there is no damage upon check-out, the deposit will be returned. A separate 80 dollars nonrefundable cleaning fee is required at check-out. One pet (one cat or dog) allowed under 60 lbs. There are breed limitations. Guests with service animals will not be charged any of the above fees. Additionally, a 50 dollar credit card charge or 200 dollar cash deposit is required at check-in for incidentals.

All linens, towels, dishes supplied. You would be my guest. You do NOT have to listen to any presentations, just unpack and enjoy your stay.

The normal rate for this unit is $412 per night plus tax! . That means this 7-day vacation would normally cost $2884 plus a 12.5% rate in Orange County tax. What a steal to get seven days at only $1750 - $250 per night via PayPal (Confirmed/Verified) and NO - 12.5 % rate in Orange County tax - All most better than 40 percent savings at this date. This is truly the way to travel in luxury for a dirt-cheap price fort Wk 51 - Christmas week. The fact that you have a Full kitchen will make mealtime more economical as well

There are no cancellations or refunds, so I recommend that you buy travel insurance if you are concerned about having to cancel. *AAA recommends Allianz Travel Insurance (Emergency Medical, 24-Hour Hotline Trip Cancellation & Interruptions

24/7 Travel Assistance). You can always call the resort at any time well in advance of your booking and change the date, but a fee is involve.

RESORT FEE POLICY - IF DESIRED

A nine dollars & ninety five cents Nightly Resort fee, plus applicable tax, is applied to each hotel reservation that is NOT associated with a Resort Preview (sales presentation) and includes services and amenities that are sure to enhance your experience at the resort. The Nightly Resort Fee includes the following resort services: WiFi Internet Access, Local Calls, Fitness Center, In-Room Safes, Sports Courts Access, Putt Putt Golf, Boarding Pass Printing, Bike Rentals and Sports Equipment Rentals.
