Be Our Guest at Jenny's luxury villa, in the sort after area of Sandy Ridge near Championsgate just off the Interstate 4 (I4). Very easy to get any where. It's in a secluded position overlooking beautiful conservation land. With a 30' x 15' south facing pool and spa, and a lanai to sit and eat in the shade. The villa has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard, paying attention to comfort. There are 2 master bedrooms, one king size and one queen size, with en-suites, and a pool bathroom with shower and bath. One standard double and two themed twin bedded rooms, the Tinkerbell and Mickey room. Fully equipped kitchen. The games room has an 8' slate pool table + air hockey + electronic darts. As it's a single storey dwelling its ideal for children - no stairs! Wheelchair access all rooms, with seating in one of the showers. It's our holiday home as well as yours and we want you to enjoy the villa as much as we do. Ideal for two families. Just ask if you want something added. We will always try to accommodate. “Excellent property within easy access to Orlando attractions”
We travelled as a family of 2 grandparents, 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren. We had a wonderful holiday and stayed 1 week at the villa. The property is in a nice location, excellent furnishings, 5 good sized bedrooms, plus 3 bathrooms. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were privately enclosed with good quality garden furniture. The area is close to shopping amenities and easy access to I 4 motorway making it good to travel to Tampa or into Orlando. All in all very good accommodation.

“Tranquility by a pool”
Spent almost 3 weeks at Jenny's villa and had a wonderful time, it's much closer to the parks than I was expecting only 20 mins or less, the villa is on a large estate with a lovely lake at the end of the street, we found it very safe and beautiful surroundings, the pool is very private and looks out on to greenery, we were a party of 7, 6 of whome were adults and we found plenty of space for everyone to have their own space, pool table was brilliant and the lads made great use of the games room, villa is beautifully furnished, with everything you need and in excellent condition, the bottle of wine and phone call from Jenny are a lovely touch. Steve the guy who you contact about any problems while your there is lovely and nothing's too much trouble, we had a minor problem with the washer and he was straight round and sorted it out, great villa very private and well worth the money, security deposit promptly returned with no hassle, we would defiantly stay there again

“Fabulous Villa with amazing swimming pool!”
We stayed in Jenny's villa for 2 weeks in June, there were 4 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 4. The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard with all amenitites you would need. We all loved the pool it was a perfect size and the grandparents inparticular enjoyed the jacuzzi! All of the rooms are a very good size with ample storage and they garage is very useful having wahing facilities. In the garage both the pool table and air hockey table were used often by the family. I would definitely recommed this villa as we enjoyed staying there very much and wouldn't hesitate to go back again!

“Beautiful home, excellent location!”
I visited Jenny's Villa with my husband and our 5 children (aged 9-18). The home is absolutely beautiful. From the beautiful main dining setup to the gorgeous bedroom linens. The pool was perfect. The kids loved having "their own" pool. It was hard keeping them quiet when swimming after a long day at Disney. TIP: the Dollar General store is just up the road. Stop in and pick up a few cheap pool toys & googles! They will get well used and you won't feel too bad leaving them for the next guests or tossing them out. The location to Disney was perfect. Two exits up I-4, couldn't be easier. Also close by (5 minute drive) is the Publix grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, Pizza Hut, Papa Murphys, McDonalds and a 7-11. The game room was great. The pool table entertained the kids on a few nights. Air hockey & darts were also there. My husband and older son enjoyed learning and playing snooker on the pool table. Also located in the garage is the washing machine and dryer. I found it VERY helpful having them. Especially with 7 people. It was nice to be able to wash that "favorite shirt" that gets worn 4 of the 7 days that week. With 5 kids having a bowl of cereal every time you turn around, it's great to have that dishwasher keeping up with them. The beds and pillows were comfy and plentiful. From the moment I booked, Jenny was there to answer any questions I may have had (even though she was "across the pond"). She greeted us with a welcome phone call the day we arrived and a bottle of wine was waiting for us as well. I highly recommend Jenny's Villa if you're planning a trip to Disney! Much better deal for large families than a hotel! Thank you Jenny, can't wait to get back.

“Fantastic villa near everything... highly recommended.”
Stayed at Jenny's villa with my wife, 3 kids (8,7 & 4) and my mother & father-in-law in July/August 2014. ***** The villa was perfect for us all - a very comfortable place to chill out after the parks. The games room is great with a really good pool table and air hockey. There is also a large south-facing pool which gets the sun all day with a shaded lanai to lunch in. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, my kids loved having the TV in their rooms. Location wise it was ideal - a 5 min drive from the i4 and a further 10 mins to Disney, 20 to Universal, 40 to Legoland & about an hour from Kennedy Space Centre. There are a few takeaways, shops and restaurants nearby that we also used - all pretty good. Near Mystic Dunes Golf course too which was excellent. The communication from Jenny could not have been better throughout the whole booking process, lovely to deal with and gave me total confidence. She even left us a bottle of wine and a message on the answer-phone to welcome us plus full written instructions / directions / recommendations etc. A nice touch. Would love to stay here again if I'm lucky enough to return to Orlando and would definitely recommend a holiday here to anybody.

“Fabulous, every thing you could wish for and more!”
Jenny was very helpful from the moment I made enquiries about staying at the villa - very quick responses to emails and even rang me to make sure I had all the information I required. When we arrived at the villa (no problems finding it due to the precise directions given, and some very useful local information and tips) there was a bottle of wine as a welcome. The villa looked welcoming with the table set and every thing clean and tidy - just like walking into a 5 star + hotel. Every detail attended to, even the ends of the toilet paper were folded and decorative towels on the bed! This is a spacious villa, large enough to find a quiet corner if required when travelling with the extended family. Jenny rang the villa to make sure every thing was to our satisfaction, but we had started on the parks which are only a short drive away, and having the convenience stores, supermarket, pharmacy, MacDonalds and take a-ways about 5 minutes from the villa, you could pick something up on the way back if you didn't fancy cooking after a long day in a park! Or phone your order and have it delivered.The children enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, which are fenced off when not in use, and are monitored and maintained every week, and the pool table and air hockey in the games room, and they were pleased with the free wifi connection to keep their friends updated. All in all, fantastic place to stay in a great location. Would stay there again.

“Who Could Ask for More”
From the booking process in June of 2013 to our arrival in March 2014, I could not have asked for a more pleasant rental transaction. Jenny Rees is a delight to work with and is very attentive to your needds as her guest. She even called to make sure everything was as expected. The house is very nicely furnished and has a great flat screen television. The pool was a big hit with the grand kids. Nothing like relaxing in the pool and hot tub after a long day at Disney. I don't quite understand why anyone would want to stay at a Disney Resort when you can stay at a property like this that is so conveniently located to everything Disney, grocery store, restaurants and shopping malls. People that I have spoken to that have stayed at a Disney Resort said that it was a bit overwhelming because everything you're exposed to is Disney. I do understand those that fly in and take the shuttles to the parks. I prefer a rental car and the freedom to choose where I want to go and when. If you want a pleasant experience for your Disney vacation, I highly recommend Jenny Rees' vacation home. We'll surely call her again for our next trip to Disney.

“fantastic villa great location definatly use again!”
the villa was lovely. great layout fully furnished for all your needs. the whole place was clean and tidy and very pleasant to stay in. the pool and outside area was wonderful with a spa to help ease your aches away after a hard day hitting the Disney parks! which by the way were only 15-20 mins drive to all of them. all in all we had a great time staying at jennys villa and would book with her again if we go to florida to holiday in the future. Booking was simple and stress free as was when we arrived the directions she gave were spot on from getting us from the airport and then getting into the villa. so if you want a relaxing holiday or a fun packed one then this villa is ideal for both.
