A white, two-storey cubic house that is bathed in light, with spectacular views of the sunset, the Island of Delos and the crystal sea of the blue Aegean, is located in Pouli, Ano Diakoftis, only 5 min drive from the central town and various amenities, eg Kite surfing..

The house, with private, sea-water infinity pool, is beautifully furnished with fabulous verandas and terraces that overlook the sea.

The house has 165 sq.mtrs of living space and consists of 2 floors, connected with indoor staircases.

In the upper floor, there is a living room with fire place and TV, a dining room, both connected to a spacious veranda with patio furniture overlooking the sea, with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a double-bed bedroom and a bathroom. In the lower floor, there is a second living room with TV, DVD, 1 double-bed bedroom with en-suite bathroom & 2 double-bed bedrooms with bathroom, connected to a spacious outdoor area with infinity view of the sea, sun loungers and patio dining furniture, private pool and bbq.

The house offers satellite TV, WI-FI and the whole place is fully air-conditioned.

Excelente la estadía , la casa es muy cómoda y muy bien equipada solo es complicada la vialidad para llegar pero una vez que llegas es una maravilla , las vistas son bellísimas

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
