A home away from home, the apartment is cosily furnished to a high standard, providing a luxurious and comfortable base from which to explore the island. Sit back, relax and experience the ambling pace of life in a Cypriot village or head into Larnaka for a taste of the city. Relax by the shared pool or while away your day by the sea at one of the sandy beaches within a short 5-minute drive of the apartment. Sample delicious Cypriot meze in beautiful surroundings or simply bubble away your evenings beneath the starlit sky in your own private hot tub! Enjoy!

Getting around

With a bus stop at just 300m from the apartment (see photos for map), it is easy enough to get around without hiring a car - although we would recommend doing so! The name of the bus stop is 'Kyriakou Matsi 1' and is serviced by bus no's 419 and 445 To plan your journey please refer to Cyprus by bus website. Tip: If you want to visit Larnaca tick in 'Larnaca central station' as your destination - this is the best stop for the seafront promenade (Finikoudes), the town centre and Larnaca marina.

My family and I are living just down the road and will be on hand to welcome you, show you how various things work in the apartment, answer any questions you may have. I will be available via whats app throughout your stay and only a telephone call away should any problems arise :)

Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas... Please enjoy the view from the verandah whilst doing so! :)

We would be really grateful if you could water the plants every other evening :)

Out of respect for the neighbours, we ask that the hot tub is out of use between 12 midnight and 7am :)

“Very clean , modern Apartment with panoramic views of the city and sea.”

Me and my wife visited Cyprus in October 2017 for 9 days and stayed in the Panoramic view Oroklini Aparment. We had a very nice stay. Aparment was clean and modern, equipped with all the necessities. Hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed using it. The views are stunning. Becky the owner was very helpful and promptly answered all our queries. Definitely will stay again if we visited Cyprus again. Thankyou Becky for making our stay special with a ready hot tub and drinks. Cheers

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Becky (the owner) a message.

If Becky (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
