Sunset Paradise is a RARE 3 Bedroom condo at the Ledges, that boasts 1900 square feet of living located on the Ledges point, right at the water's edge! In the heart of Osage Beach, MO., this Caribbean Beach Themed home, creates the perfect setting to enjoy the natural beauty of Lake of the Ozarks. Here are the details:

• Master Bedroom has a King bed, TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the deck with unprecedented views of the Lake!

Room 2

• Junior suite has 1 Queen Bed, TV, walk in closet and sliding glass doors that open to the expansive deck that overlooks the gorgeous Lake! Shared “jack and jill” full bathroom. Hotel like linens with 4 pillows/bed.

Room 3

• 2 Queen beds, TV, and large walk in closet and oversized shared bathroom which includes shower/tub combination, double sinks and hotel like towels. Beds all have hotel inspired linens with 4 pillows/bed.

Extra Sleeping:

• For a larger group of nine or ten, there is a Queen Frontgate EZ pop-up comfort bed that can be situated anywhere in the condo.

Very spacious condo. Large deck to enjoy the great view. The most comfortable beds I've slept on while on any vacation. Really nice and helpful host. We will ABSOLUTELY be coming back!!

Why can't I call Sharen (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sharen (the owner) a message.

If Sharen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
