Treat yourself to a relaxing Lake of the Ozarks getaway in this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath Condo. It's the perfect location because it’s so close to everything by land and water. It is located at the 20.5 MM on the main channel. By land it is just three minutes away from Highway 54.

In the heart of Osage Beach near great shopping, golf, restaurants and attractions. Lots to keep the whole family entertained: Swimming, boat ride excursions, golf courses, boat/jet-ski rentals, indoor waterpark, arcade, horseback riding, tennis, miniature golf, Go-Cart racing, shops & restaurants. There are also many places to fish along the shore & docks right here at Harbor Point.

All you have to do is bring some summer wear and food/beverages and you are all set! We now have Wi-Fi internet available. There are two Internet ready LED TV's with cable and DVD (AMAZON PRIME movies included). There is also a washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, and all the other kitchen equipment, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils you will need.

The condo features a large (7 foot X 24 foot) deck on the second level (Parking Level). There are NO STEPS from the parking lot to the condo. The deck is furnished with seating for 6 and Gas Grill.

BOATERS: Our 10 x 30 foot slip and PWC is close by and included in the price. Larger slips are available as well. Trailer parking is included in the rental price. However, the State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker which is just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge!

LADIES' WEEKENDS: All the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village, the largest Outlet Mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. These stores are jam-packed with famous name brand merchandise at prices that will amaze even the most experienced bargain hunters...25-70% savings.

GOLFERS: Just outside of the entrance to the complex is Sycamore Creek Golf Course. It was Voted #1 at the Lake for the past 9 years! You've surely heard of the other awesome courses the Lake area boasts!!!

A nice unit but the king size bed was in the back bedroom rather than the front and the DVD player was in the bedroom rather than the living room where everyone could watch.

Our stay at this condo on the lake was absolutely amazing, we made friends with the neighbors. Watching the storms over the lake was awesome as well. Very family friendly my kids loved every minute.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Rich (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
