OSPEDALETTI Ligure.Lying in a natural amphitheatre, between Capo Nero and Sant'Ampelio, at about 2,5 miles Westside of San Remo, and 1,8 miles Eastside of Bordighera, bus services every 30 minutes, stands up OSPEDALETTI. This resort being protected from the northern winds by the hills behind, enjoys the best mild climate of the Country. The location, the mildness of the clima together with the tranquillity and luxuriant sub-tropical vegetations, makes of Ospedaletti certainly the unique pearl of the Flower Riviera. The large promenade Corso Regina Margherita shaded by antique planes trees, the beautiful gardens and the tennis courts alongside of it with the second promenade along the water front and the shore called Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo, as the narrow streets heading to the old center full of small shops, bars,coffee bars, focaccie and pizzas shops, will contribute to reserve the best relaxing holiday to the visitors. Since this year also a new cycling truck along the sea, connects Ospedaletti with Sanremo and then on always along the sea side for 13 milles untile San Lorenzo. Bicycles can be rented on place at conveniente rate. Ospedaletti is also a very convenient location for nice halfm or full day excursions by car or public local services along the coast until the French Cote d'Azur one side or Genoa, Santa Margherita & Portofino the other side as well to the very typical valleys on the country side. Our apartments named Solaria 2 and 1, are situated on the 5th and top floor of the Building named Rosengarten 1 in a luxurios private mediterranean garden right facing the Ligurian sea. The two apartments situated at about half a mile along the sea side promenade from the resort center, have been recently refurbished and are very confortably fully furnished, including TV color, washing machine (for linen). Each has two bed rooms, one of them with large bed and facing the sea, and one with twin beds on the rear side, living room, with divan bed for two, kitchen corner, eating table also this one facing the sea. Fully equipped bathroom with a 180x80 large shower box in the Solaria 1, one 12 squared meters terrace each overlooking the sea, furnished with table, chairs,and one lying chair. The heating system and the hot water is by town gas privately controlled by a boiler from the apartment.. Both the two apartments SOLARIA 1 and SOLARIA 2 next to each other are the ideal locations for a relaxing holiday both in sommer as in winter seasons. LONG STAYS REDUCTIONS: 2 WEEKS: 10%; 3 WEEKS: 15%; 4 OR MORE WEEKS: 20%.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
