La struttura, ideale per due famiglie, è costituita da trullo composto da soggiorno con divano letto, stufa a legna, alcova matrimoniale alla francese, cameretta con letto singolo, due bagnetti con doccia, altro soggiorno con stufa a legna, letto matrimoniale alla francese, soppalco con letto matrimoniale queen size. All'esterno, sono presenti due cucine in appositi locali, verande attrezzate con tavoli, sedie e panche, giardino alberato e recintato, docce esterne e lavatoio, lavanderia con uso lavatrice, barbecue. Nella zona piscina è presente una ulteriore e comoda doccia esterna, solarium attrezzato con lettini, zona ombreggiata dove sorseggiare una bibita o leggere in tranquillità, campo da bocce, il tutto immerso in un oliveto, in posizione molto tranquilla (la strada è privata) e silenziosa.

Parcheggio privato, tv, wi fii, aria condizionata (nella parte soppalcata).

Recentissima ristrutturazione (2023), completamente arredata, fornita di biancheria e stoviglie.

Egregio Signor Federico B, ho letto la sua recensione e le rispondo con le mie osservazioni: lei ha pagato per una settimana di soggiorno la tariffa applicata per tre ospiti, non quattro: se permette, sono io il proprietario, e decido quindi io i criteri per l’applicazione dei prezzi, che variano proprio in relazione al numero degli ospiti. C’è stato un equivoco (anche perchè lei mi aveva parlato di due bambini piccoli), di questo mi sono già scusato e mi scuso ancora, lungi da me il “provarci”. Letti: sul mio annuncio (non questo portale), c’era ben specificato la tipologia dei letti: alla francese, cioè, ad una piazza e mezza. Purtroppo ho potuto constatare che la gente NON legge ciò che è riportato negli annunci stessi, ed evidentemente lei non fa eccezione. Sempre a proposito di letti, chi le ha dato l’autorizzazione a spostare letti, comodini, e quant'altro da una stanza all’altra, a mia insaputa (me ne sono accorto quando mi avete chiamato per il water, di cui in appresso), correndo il rischio di fare danni alle altre suppellettili? Non sarebbe stato più educato e pratico chiedere a me di farlo, manlevandosi così, fra l’altro, dalla responsabilità di rompere qualche mobile? Ho eccepito che in dieci anni non mi era successo di avere dei clienti che spostassero i mobili all'interno della struttura: "c'è sempre una prima volta", è stata la sua piccata risposta. Non poteva, poi, per lo stesso motivo, chiedermi se poteva portarsi in spiaggia le sdraio messe a disposizione per la piscina? Per poi disprezzarle con l’epiteto di robaccia cinese da quattro soldi? Acqua calda: nel bagno l’impianto è il medesimo, non vedo perchè non dovrebbe uscire dalla doccia così come dal lavabo. A proposito del bagno: voi avete otturato il water non una, ma ben due volte. Un vero record, in una settimana! Nel disostruirlo, ho trovato rimasugli di plastica, che avreste potuto gettare tranquillamente nel cestino dei rifiuti a vostra disposizione. Io offro sempre, sempre, ai miei ospiti, i prodotti del mio orto, ma vedo che c’è gente che non apprezza. Salvo poi andare a cogliersi i pomodori, fichi, uva, da soli. L’acqua della piscina con il ph sballato? Non sapevo che avesse in tasca le cartine di tornasole. Niente cloro? E chi glielo ha detto? Le ricordo che nella piscina c’era l’apposito contenitore della pasticca di cloro, che voi toglievate ogni volta. Vi faccio presente che è buona norma igienica e buona educazione farsi la doccia prima di farsi il bagno, invece, dopo essere stati nell'orto, tornavate a bordo piscina con le ciabatte inzaccherate di terra, che finiva inevitabilmente in acqua. Se quindi avete da lamentarvi che, nonostante le mie attenzioni giornaliere, l'acqua fosse un po' torbida, sapete con chi lamentarvi. Anzi, mi avevate fatto i complimenti per quanto fosse pulita. Dopo sette giorni, e, torno a ripetere, nonostante le mie attenzioni, l'acqua aveva perso la sua limpidezza. La mia presenza vi infastidiva? Forse perchè io abito nei pressi? E meno male che ci abito, perchè svolgo una continua manutenzione sia alla piscina sia alla struttura (piante, orto, ecc. sempre nel rispetto della privacy, nonostante le vostre lamentele riguardo il fatto di sentirvi osservati: ma cosa mi importa di impicciarmi dei fatti vostri), mentre ci sono proprietari che puliscono soltanto all’arrivo degli ospiti, piscina per prima cosa, lasciando tutto alla mercè di questi ultimi. Avete lasciato il trullo peggio di una stalla, il lavatoio per la biancheria credo lo abbiate usato, senza mai pulirlo, per nettare pentole e griglie del barbecue. L'ospite educato si riconosce anche da queste "piccole" cose. Guardi, lei dice che è già “esperto” di trulli in quanto ha affittato altre volte questo tipo di struttura: beh, mi chiedo perchè non ci sia ritornato: a questo punto, un dubbio è lecito. Ho i miei clienti fissi, prima di lei c’è stata proprio una famiglia così, soggiornando, questa volta anche con la mamma, quindici giorni. Il fatto che lei e la sua famiglia abbiate deciso di non tornare più qui è una notizia che, mi creda, mi allarga il cuore. Saluti.

Le rispondo soltanto ora perché speravo in una soluzione diversa.non e stato così ,quindi mi vedo costretto a contrabattere le sue affermazioni,che sono tutte false .prima di tutto,la struttura è un trullo non una .Lamia come lei asserisce_e mi stupisco che tale affermazione venga proprio da lei ,che è originaria di queste parti ,quindi dovrebbe sapere che nei trullo non ci sono finestre ,maprese d'aria ,in quando è caratteristica peculiarie di questo tipo di costruzione.che non può essere modificata,in quando risalante a secoli or sono.in quanto risalente a secoli or sono in quanto alla sua affermazione riguardante la superfice ,che lei dice di essere di 20qm,le chiedo come e possibile secondo lei ,avere una camera da letto matrimoniale con comodini,un'altra cameretta letto singolo con armadietto e cassettiera e sedia ,soggiorno un grande divano a angolare, 2 mobili di lunghezza 80 centimetri, tavolino da salotto ,alcova con letto matrimoniale,non che bagno,in 20 metri mq,????le stanze sono in tutto 3 ,oltre oltre il detto bagnetto .la cucina è esterna ,per comodità è per rispettare le caratteristiche,della pietra con cui è costruito il Trullo.in tutto sono 50mq , senza contare la cucina,abitabile quando lei ha prenotato,le ho inviato non so più quand'è fotografie ,a sua esplicita richiesta ,ed è anche andata a controllare su questo sito per confrontarle con quelle pubblicate .Aria e luce sono garantite dalla finestrella nella camera matrimoniale,quella nell' bagno ,e dalla porta finestra da cui si accede .mi dispiace che lei non abbia trovato di suo gradimento tutto l'ambiente_e debbo dire in sette anni lei è la prima e finiva persona che si sia mai lamentata.comunque.prima di lanciare"accuse"assolutamente campate in aria,le consiglio,peri suoi prossimi soggiorni,ovunquedecida di andare,di mettere nella sua valigia un bel metro.
