La struttura è formata da un trullo, una nuova abitazione, un' ampia veranda , un piazzale per relax,un forno con barbecue, un parcheggio auto e naturalmente zone relax all'ombra di alberi ombrosi e tanto verde ed ulivi intorno.. il tutto collegato agevolmente al centro abitato.

La struttura abitativa si compone di un trullo con soggiorno e alcova letto, alcova armadietto, e cucina , collegata internamente , da un piccolo corridoio ad arco, alla casa in muratura. La nuova abitazione è costituita da una zona con corridoio , camera da letto e bagno , situata a livello del trullo ed una zona , un più più sollevata , che comprende cucina , soggiorno e bagno e ampia veranda. Le due cucine e i due bagni consentono di gestire in modo agevole il soggiorno di due coppie.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If MARIA LEONARDO (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
