This detached, Grade II listed barn conversion is close to the village of Llanyblodwel and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms.The Coach House is a detached barn conversion on the owner's smallholding, close to the village of Llanyblodwel and just six miles from Oswestry. The cottage sleeps ten people in two king-size double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower, two twin rooms with the flexibility of being zipped into super king-size beds, along with one ground floor twin with an en-suite wet room and a separate shower room on the first floor. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a woodburner and a boot room. There is ample off road parking outside, an 18-seater Grillkota barbecue hut, plus a wood-fired hot and cedar barrel sauna. Situated in the Tanat Valley, The Coach House is a lovely family holiday home from which to explore this beautiful part of the country.

Note: Wheelchair ramp in property. Note: Property is accessed via a short steep lane. Note: The owner has stables for up to 6 horses, a ménage and riding out facilities, please contact owner for more details. Note: The wood-fired hot tub takes approx 4 hours and sauna 2 hours to reach the optimum temperature. Note: owner keeps dogs on site. Note: WIFI is intermittent at the property.

Town: Llanyblodwel is a small rural Shropshire village located in the beautiful Tanat Valley and close to the Offas Dyke Path and only one mile from the Welsh border. The village is surrounded by stunning countryside and boasts the Grade I Listed St. Michaels Church and the 15th century pub were youll receive a warm welcome. Only six miles away is the ancient English border town of Oswestry and the Welsh village of Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant, home to Pistyll Rhaeadr, the UKs highest single drop waterfall.
