From the owner

Spacious, ground floor apartment in Otranto with free WiFi and air-conditioning, three bedrooms,shower room, bathroom ,kitchen/lounge area and laundry room. Upon entering the apartment from the large courtyard you will feel the generous and comfortable space of the apartment... located on the left hand side of the hallway are the roomy main bedroom,second bedroom and shower room. Leading off the hallway is the kitchen/lounge/dining room, walking through this room there is a door leading off to the third bedroom with private bathroom off . The large courtyard has a table/seating area. It is only a ten minute walk to the centre of Otranto where you will find restaurants,bars and cafes in the Historic Centre. We are only 20 metres from a rocky suntrap where you can swim and a two minute walk to the sandy beach. Alimini beaches are a ten minute drive away.A car parking space is available in the private cul-de-sac area . We do catch a narrow glimpse of Otranto port from the main bedroom and kitchen window.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
