Cathedral Suite '600, antica dimora di fine 1600, ha rivisto luce grazie ad una nuova ristrutturazione. La Suite è situata di fronte alla millenaria Cattedrale di Otranto, la più grande Cattedrale romanica di Puglia.
Cathedral Suite '600, in pieno centro storico, offre la rara caratteristica di assoluto silenzio. Dall' ingresso Cathedral Suite '600 presenta un
elegante soggiorno che ha conservato la particolare tipologia della volta a botte con delle caratteristiche "nicchie".
Procedendo sulla sinistra si accede ad una cucina essenziale e a un bagno fornito di doccia.
Al secondo piano si accede alla Suite, con letto matrimoniale e zona lettura.L'arredamento della Suite con mobili d'epoca, riporta l'ospite ad un tempo ormai passato. Al secondo bagno anch'esso con doccia,si accede da un disimpegno precede l'ingresso della principale camera matrimoniale.
Una seconda camera matrimoniale più piccola con altezza limitata (1.75m) è situata sopra un soppalco, che crea la suggestione di un' alcova.
