From the owner

The Farmhouse " Le Corone " is located near Otricoli in the province of Terni in
Umbria, 60 kilometres from Rome (3 km. from the highway A1, exit Magliano Sabina).
It is an ancient farmhouse(of the XVIII century) and has been recently renovated
and refurbished, there is a swimming pool (mt.14x07). It has a very beautiful vi
ew and it is 300 meters above sea level, surrounded by a farm of 33 hectares pl
anted with cereal and sunflower seeds.
The Farmhouse " Le Corone " is near some interesting ancient sites: Otricoli (3 km.) with its archaeological excavations, Narni (18 km.) a medieval town, Viterbo (30 km.) with ruins of ancient Etruscan civilization, Terni with Marmore falls 30 km., Perugia and Assisi are about 70 km. away from here.
The nearest railway station is 9 km. away with trains every hour to Rome.
There is a Riding School 5 km. from the farm and tennis court 3 km away

Ringrazio per gli apprezzamenti positivi, mi dispiace invece per quelli negativi: per quanto riguarda la strada, quando c'� un forte temporale l'acqua porta gi� ghiaia e terra, quindi devo far intervenire la ruspa pi� volte l'anno, l'avevo fatta sistemare da poco e non sono riuscita a farla risistemare per quel periodo, di questo mi scuso. La piscina all'inizio, quando � stata realizzata, pensavamo di rivestirla di azzurro, come tutte le altre, poi abbiamo visto che cos� si inseriva meglio nel contesto paesaggistico, una piscina generalmente serve per nuotare e non per passeggiare. La gatta � una gatta randagia zonale, va dove crede soprattutto dove trova chi la sfama, molte persone che frequentano l'agriturimo amano gli animali e quindi la coccolano, spero sempre di trovare persone disposte ad adottare i suoi cuccioli, perch� una volta finita l'alta stagione ed il diradarsi degli ospiti sono destinati a fare una brutta fine. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elena (the owner) a message.

If Elena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
