ENJOY THE STUNNING ITALIAN LANDSCAPE – a wonderful central location to explore the very best of Umbria, Lazio e Tuscany.

This organic olive farm is situated on a hilltop with outstanding views of the Umbrian landscape. Just a few minutes from medieval town Otricoli (with all necessary amenities, banking and restaurants) and 12 minutes from famous Narni with wonderful Italian ice-cream!

Self-catering accommodation is available - we have 3 guest apartments (with all necessary amenities) with spectacular views, terrace or spacious balcony and 4 guest rooms. We have generous open spaces, a covered outdoor kitchen, seats and tables and beautiful views from the terraces where you can sit and enjoy a drink or meal at the beginning, middle or end of the day.

This is a quiet space to relax and enjoy the pace of Italian life. Onsite amenities include TV/Stereo and musical instruments in the group room and a sauna. There is a natural spring in the woods and a little lake. Roman excavations are within walking distance.

Day trips are possible to Rome, Viterbo, Lake Bolsena, Vico, Orvieto, Spoleto, Assisi, Marmore Waterfalls and Monti Sibillini. We are less than 90 minutes drive from the Rome airports, just 10km from the motorway and 12km from the regular train to Rome (ideal of day-trips).

Individual or special classes in voice training, counselling, massage, sculpture, visual training, cooking and learning Italian are available by request for an additional cost. Full board can be available for groups wanting any of the above. Reduced rates are available for help on the farm – please email for further details (rates depend on the time of year and type of accommodation required).

We are also hosting SPECIAL EVEWNTS: 'Feminine Power' Retreats, 'Holidays on Eyes' - The Bates Method (improveS your eyes), Yoga and Pilates Workshops, African Dance meetings, Integral Community gatherings, Couples-Workshop, Relationship workshops and 'Calling in THE ONE'- holidays.

Why can't I call Adelheid (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Adelheid (the owner) a message.

If Adelheid (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
