Le lieu vous plait, le calendrier indique que le gîte est occupé, sur le même site, nous avons un autre hébergement du nom de pavillon. Regardez sur la même commune, Oulmes.

Ce gîte est aménagé dans l'aile d'une ancienne ferme sur les Prairies de Pacouinay. Il est totalement restauré en 2011 et les sanitaires sont neufs. En 2012, le gîte reçoit sa deuxième étoile (nouvelle norme 2013)

Situé au bord de la Venise Verte, vous découvrirez un endroit rêvé pour vos balades à pied, à vélo, ou en barque.

Au coeur d'un hameau campagnard, le calme sera au rendez vous.

Le jour de votre arrivée, nous visiterons le gîte et profiterons de ce moment pour vous présenter la région et ses attraits.

Nous mettrons à votre disposition des vélos (contre libre participation), et vous parlerons des circuits à parcourir.

Le gîte est idéal pour deux personnes, mais possibilité d'aménagement pour un bébé ou un jeune enfant.

Un chèque de caution (250€) non encaissé vous sera demandé dès votre arrivée et rendu ou renvoyé par la poste dès votre départ.

Sleeps 2 people and a baby, and can also accommodate two more people in a detached building with its own bathroom.

Anne and Jacques will suggest activities to do on site: cycling, fishing, boating, walking, site-seeing ... Push bikes are available for a small fee. (to cover maintenance).

Situated in the marais poitevin with its abbeys, churches and marais to be explored and the famous moules frites, l'anguille, mogettes to eat also trouspinette to drink. La Rochelle is 45mn drive away.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ANNE (the owner) a message.

    If ANNE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
