Description

Located in the heart of Albufeira, this large villa is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space. This 6 bedroom villa has undergone full refurbishment with new bathrooms, new tiles on the floor throughout, and all furniture is new for 2011.

All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.

Property is a short drive to Pinecliffs, Gale, and Guia (where Algarve shopping is located with large supermarket, many shops supplying clothes, shoes, sports equipment, and large cinema with all the latest releases in English) and 25 min drive to Quinta do Lago. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, supermarket is approx 0.5 km away (large supermarket that houses most essential items).

A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.

The property is within an easy stroll to the strip which is located at the end of the road (2 minutes walk)

As you enter the villa there is a large living room that flows into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully Integrated and leads out onto the pool via large glass sliding doors.

Through the kitchen there is access to the Hallway that leads to three bedrooms and the stairs leading to the 1st floor with 3 further bedrooms.

Living room: Large Living room with 3 leather sofas, coffee table, and television with freeview sky channels. There is air conditioning, and doors leading to the garden area.

There is a sofa bed that can be folded out to provide further sleeping space.

Kitchen: Good size modern oak kitchen which is fully integrated with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker and oven. There is a breakfast table for 8 people.

Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor, has en suite facilities, fitted wardrobe, twin beds.
bedroom 2: Located on the ground floor, has en suite facilities, fitted wardrobe, twin beds.
Bedroom 3: Located on the ground floor, fitted wardrobe, Double Bed, located beside the main bathroom.

Main bathroom: Located on the ground floor, provides excellent space with large bath, with shower.

Bedroom 4: Located on the 1st Floor, has en suite facilities, fitted wardrobe, private terrace, south facing and Partial sea views.

Bedroom 5: Located on the first floor with en suite facilities and fitted wardrobe.

Bedroom 6: Main Bedroom, Large bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds, en suite facilities, fitted wardrobe, and 2 private terraces, one looking onto the south facing sea view and one onto the swimming pool.

Further details outdoors

The rear of the property is laid to lawn and a large tiled patio area, surrounded by flowering shrubs, shade and fruit trees. The swimming pool is 20' by 12' and has a 'solar-safety' cover when not in use. There is a built in barbecue and a shaded tiled garden table and benches.

The front garden is laid mostly to lawn, with many flowering plants, and the veranda is shaded by bougainvillea.
Vila Teresa is situated at the lower end of “The Strip” and is approximately 400 metres from the nearest beach, at Oura.

“Great family holiday”

Our family of 15 stayed in the villa for a week. The location was excellent and we were not bothered by the noise from the strip. The pool was great for the children and had lots of floats available. We had trouble with the air con in one of the rooms but Miguel promptly got this repaired. Some of the party felt the mattresses down stairs were quite hard. Our only complaint really was lack of bowls and pots for cooking. Just a minor issue with such a crowd. All in all fantastic villa...we will be back!

A group of 12 ladies stayed at your villa for 4 nights in June 2018. We were greeted on arrival by Miguel who was very helpful, friendly and informative.The safe was not working correctly, Miguel said he would come back and fix it, he did not, it was not a problem to us so I did not chase him up. The villa is situated in a brilliant location just of the main strip in the new town of Albuferia. We had a lovely stay, the villa we found quite basic but extremely clean. We had a few problems with one collapsing bed which we resolved ourselves. On point I would make, the villa is reported to sleep 14 people, but the dining area only catered for 6 people around the table. All in all, we had an enjoyable time, and would use Columbia Estates again.

I highly recommend this Villa. After organising a 5 day stay for a group of 14, we were all very happy and to be honest after looking at other villas and hotels around the area, I think we hit jackpot with Villa Teresa. The space was fantastic and pool area was wonderful, Sunlight all day. We were in the perfect location and weren't bothered by the noise of the strip considering we were so close. One thing that could have been better was the cleanliness of the pool. I did clean it with the net daily however it needed a chemical clean which I don't think was done before our arrival. Saying that, it wasn't so bad that you wouldn't go in it. Also, a deep clean of the door/Window frames and security cage was desperately needed and just stood out due to the high standard of cleanliness elsewhere. It wouldn't put us off returning however and we would hope to do so next year. Thanks to Jimmy for his help and friendliness. Hope to return soon One last thing, we were aged 18-60 and all found the strip fine. Old town did cracking food. Thanks
