Nova Tero is a place where you can rest, but also 7 horses and other animals, as well as a lot of nature on about 14 hectares around. Sensitive and open people will feel the spirit very quickly. This place is nestled in the beautiful southern Alentejo, the state north of the Algarve. If you search the internet for Nova Tero, you will also see things that you can not see here. We like to share this place with people who see themselves as part of nature. Different companies can be started from here? Watch the operator working with the horses or communicate with them? The name 'Nova Tero' is Esperanto and is called 'New Earth'. Here you can experience why we gave this project this name. If you have found our website, we will provide you with a lot of information that we can not share here. Those who have forgotten the essence of being, but recall something in it, are only a small step away from this goal.

If you want to use the cinema, an agreement with the owners is needed. Campfires are prohibited until September with dry vegetation and in July. Family celebrations for use of public facilities, such as the stone oven, cinema and bar in the indoor arena, require the presence of the owner.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Reinhard (the owner) a message.

If Reinhard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
