Dans un jardin paysager authentique traversé par une petite rivière, Calme ,Bien-être et Remise en forme grâce à un Espace Détente qui vous attend dans la propriété ,abritant Spa, Hammam Sauna et terrasse solarium La Villa Argonne jouit d'une situation centrale idéale pour visiter les principaux centres touristiques (Etretat, Veules les roses, Varengeville s/mer, Dieppe,Rouen, Baie de Somme). A 4 km de la mer.Vélos anglais à disposition

Le prix inclut l'accès à un Espace Détente avec son Spa (6 places) , son Hammam (6 places) , son sauna (3 places) et sa terrasse plein sud à l'abri des regards : pour privilégier le bien-être et l'intimité de chaque gîte, nous avons mis en place un planning journalier où vous choisissez votre créneau horaire de1h30 minimum ( ce peut être + si personne après vous ) entre 14h et minuit . Ainsi, vous jouissez chaque jour d'un Espace privatif sans être dérangé par les personnes des autres gîtes.

Le thé,le café et une enceinte bluetooth pour la musique (via internet) y sont à disposition.

Pour le gîte, les serviettes de toilettes , draps et sorties de bain sont fournies. A disposition également 5 vélos anglais , un babyfoot de bar (Stella) ainsi qu'une laverie (lave-linge, sèche-linge, fer à repasser + table).

Possibilité de massages et de soins du corps (option ) ainsi que de vélos electriques californiens (autonomie 75km).

Possibilité de commander votre plateau de fruits de mer ( direct de notre producteur local) à la carte + accompagnements possibles ( vin blanc,pain bio ,beurre salé etc...) pour votre arrivée ou pour un soir de votre séjour

      So interesting comments and so motivating to give our best to make our guests filled up with their holidays! Thank you so much to Anne and her son about their kindness and their full satisfaction concerning their stay in the cottage "Le Tréport" What a pity they didn't enjoy once the hot tube or the hammam which are the other best assets of our touristic establishment! it is also true there are several nice beaches and a pleasant seaside nearby . Anyway, we'll be very pleased to host Anne and her son for a next stay in Ouville la Rivière.

D'ailleurs, à partir de cette semaine, je profite de l'occasion pour vous faire part d'une nouvelle prestation liée directement à la relaxation autour du spa et du hammam : Massages et soins du corps sont ainsi proposés dans l'Espace Détente par une professionnelle agréée .       How do damage deposits work?

      In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

      Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
