The villa benefits from lovely views of the nearby mountains, Hisaronu valley and the surrounding forest, yet is just a 12 minute walk from the centre of Hisarönü. The villa overlooks its own mature private garden and swimming pool. The garden has a stone BBQ near the poolside. There is air-conditioning throughout the villa.

5 minutes by bus (these go every 5 minutes during the season) you will find Ölüdeniz with its famous Belcekiz Beach and the Blue Lagoon.

Linen and towels are provided, a weekly cleaning and linen change service for you is available at additional cost. Additional services are available on request.

This partly stone built traditionally styled property has 3 bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, 1 family shower room (ground floor) and is an ideal family getaway.

The villa is 150 sq m over 2 floors; the ground floor comprises of Kitchen, lounge, terrace that serves as dining room in the summer season.

3 bedrooms. Master double bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool and garden, generous fitted wardrobes and a colonial style mosquito net over the bed. Bedroom 2 again a double has a private balcony to the side of the property, fitted cupboards and wardrobes and a colonial style mosquito net over the bed. Bedroom 3 is a twin room with views over the pool and garden, and as with the other bedrooms comes with fitted wardrobes and colonial style mosquito net. The first floor comes equipped with a family bathroom, with a screened shower over the bath.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. The usual toaster, kettle etc are also included. The lounge area ample seating and has a large open fireplace for those cosy late autumn evenings by the fire. The lounge is also equipped with a TV with satellite system, surround sound system, and both a DVD and CD player with an assortment of discs for your use.

The villa has ample room inside in the dining area for the 6 seater dining table if you are holidaying early/late in the year, and for the summer season, the dining table is placed outside on the generous terrace overlooking the pool and garden. On the terrace you will also find a cushioned can 3 piece seating set with coffee table for you to escape the sun and enjoy the views within reach of this you will also find a beer fridge for your use.

The villa has solar hot water supply as well as a back-up electric water heater.

Off road parking is available. There are 3 villas that share a drive way and each villa has ample parking area.

The mature stone walled and gated gardens contain a swimming pool (oval in shape and approx 7m x 3.5m) and both shallow and deep areas. Near to both the terrace and the pool you will find a stone built BBQ for your use. Sun loungers, parasols and coffee tables are provided for your use as is a hammock.

All entrances to the garden are gated and secure for your child. There is also a gate from the terrace to the pool so that you child cannot enter the garden or pool from the house without your knowing.

The villa is a 12 minute walk from a lively village centre where you can find restaurants, bars and cafes to while away your time. For children you will find a trampolining centre, inflatable slides etc and a go-kart track suitable for both children and adults.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mustafa (the owner) a message.

If Mustafa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
