Private detached home, PINE VİLLA, is a spacious, stylish, well maintained 3 bedroom villa, positioned right on the edge of the Babadag mountain under the pine trees. All rooms are fully airconditioned and satellite TV is provided. Just a 10 minute walk to the start of the many shops and restaurants leading into Hisaronu centre, where you can be offered Turkish, Indian, Italian, Chinese and English cousin. All these restaurants offer delicious tasty organic meals with freshly produced home grown products. You can visit any craft shops, cafes or clubs/pubs available.You can buy gifts like perfume,table wares, pictures, clothing and bags made from leather, silk, cotton and denim which are produced according to the latest fashion of the world. The place is right in the center of tourist location. And oludeniz ( dead sea ) is one of the best tourist destination. The place has been chosen by BBC world as one of the top 5 beaches of the world.

Getting around

There is a taxi button in front of the villa. After you press the button taxi comes in 5 minutes. Going to Belcekiz beach takes 10 minutes and it costs 20-25 lira ( 4-5 ponds ). Going to Fethiye costs 50 lira ( 8-10 pounds ). The closest tourist attraction is Hisaronu where you can find all restaurants, bars and shopping locations. It takes 10 minutes by walk to Hisaronu.

Interaction with guest

If you decide to stay in our villa, I will be available to answer any question during all your stay. We can help you to rent a car, we can arrange your airport transfer and we can handle additional cleaning request. For any technical problem we will be there for you with in a few hours maximum.

Why can't I call Hakan (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hakan (the owner) a message.

If Hakan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
