SECONDS TO THE SAND! SPACIOUS LUXURIOUS BEACH HOME is GORGEOUS! Read our perfect 5 Star reviews! Our Mandalay Shores Beach house is located in the beautiful community of Mandalay Beach. Ours is a unique and peaceful ocean community. The large sandy beach is 350 steps out of the front door, where you can surf, boogie board & enjoy long walks on the beach-it's NEVER crowded so it is like you have your own private beach YEAR-ROUND! This house is great for families with children of all ages. There is plenty to do for everyone & lots of space to spread out. The private backyard, leads right out to the private walkway/entrance to the beach, which is also lit at night for a safe & romantic nighttime walk to the ocean. In both the lower patio and upper decks, there are chaise lounges for sunning and tables for all your outdoor meals.

Just one block from the house, you can walk to the large community park with a wonderful Pirate themed Park for the kids. This huge play center is sure to keep the kids busy and is right by Neptune Park, which is 2 blocks the other direction & is a great little park right on the sandy beach. There are swings, slide, basketball court and volleyball nets too! Walk to a variety of nearby restaurants. There are miles of bicycle paths for fun family friendly bicycle rides. Don't forget the Harbor Island Marina which is also within walking distance which offers day trips to the Channel Islands, Whale Watching, Kayaking, Duffy Boat Rentals, Fishing Excursions, and so much more! Great shopping is near by too! There are so many great new shopping centers with movie theaters, and a variety of restaurants walking and driving distance from the house. If shopping is your thing, then the popular Camarillo outlets with Designer discounts, or the ever popular antique and thrift shops on Main Street in downtown Ventura, will keep you busy all day long!

Our beach has a reputation for being a very peaceful beach side community with incredible beachfront mansions. 'The Amalfi' is on the unique street which ends right at the sand and provides 'extra' parking if you decide to drive up to sand instead of using your 'private beach walkway access, from the house. Our house offers a 2 minute ocean access without the high rental prices of the ocean front super mansions in the area. The beach and dunes are usually totally empty making it feel like your own private beach.

There is always an amazing breeze throughout the entire house, all year round!
