St Maarten – Caribbean: Luxury Sea View Apartment of 190m² (2045 sq ft), 6 to 8 people in a 5 star hotel, the WESTIN, facing St Barth.

Enjoy a prestige luxury residence to rent all year long for a week, even during Christmas holidays. This is the perfect spot to relax and reconnect on secluded white-sand beached and emerald blue-green waters.

This 3-bedroom apartment is luxuriously appointed with quality furnishings, granite countertops, and an indulgent bath. On top of having a master suite with its own dressing room and its King Size bed, you also have a sofa bed in the living room.

Excursions: St Barth & Anguilla (the well-known Shaol Bay) are at less than 1-hour by boat. It is then possible to do a 1-day trip and rent a car there if you feel the need to.

Prices:

- From 2nd January to 9th April: US $ 3,850 per week

- From 9th April to 17th December: US $ 2,450 per week

- From 24th December 2016 to 6th January 2017: US $ 5,250 per week

A 20% discount on the second week if you rent for 2 consecutive weeks.

A deposit of 50% is required when you book and it is non-reimbursable in case of cancellation. You will need to pay the other 50% 1-month before your arrival.

How do damage deposits work?
