Mooi comfortabel chalet (4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, 2 aparte toiletten, vaatwas, oven, magnetron, kleine vriezer, open haard, WiFi, bedlinnen, handdoeken en eindschoonmaak incl) aan de rand van het bos, met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Groot zonnig terras aansluitend op een woonkamer met veel licht. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor sportieve activiteiten. In de winter op loopafstand van de skipistes (5 min) van Grand Domaine Alpe d'Huez. In de andere seizoenen ideaal startpunt voor talrijke wandel-, fiets en MTB tochten.

Het chalet is beschikbaar voor maximum 8 personen. Er zijn voldoende zitbanken, stoelen en een grote eettafel ter beschikking. Op de benedenverdieping bevinden zich 2 badkamers, 1 apart toilet en 3 slaapkamers met telkens 2 bedden. Vanuit de woonkamer heb je toegang tot een mezzanine, waar nog 2 bedden staan. Ook is er een wasmachine, een tuinset en een buitenberging voor oa ski's ter beschikking. Ga naar de Chaloz website voor nog uitgebreidere info over het chalet, omgeving en mogelijkheden in winter en zomer.

Ik ben zelf telefonisch of per mail bereikbaar. Ik communiceer in Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Ter plaatse zorgt een beheerder voor de in- en uitcheck. Je wordt verwelkomd door de beheerder ter plaatse, als je op de afgesproken tijd na 16u kunt aankomen. Wordt het te laat, kun je de chalet in overleg met de beheerder betreden en komt de beheerder op een ander moment langs.

Het chalet kan in principe alleen per volledige week gehuurd worden, met zaterdag als wisseldag.

Reserveren kan ook rechtstreeks via de Chaloz website.

De eindschoonmaak is inbegrepen. Echter verwachten wij van de huurders een snelle schoonmaak, verzamelen bed- en badlinnen, wegbrengen van het afval, glas, as van de open haard. Legen koelkast en oven of met andere woorden samengevat alles achterlaten/respecteren zoals je het gevonden hebt.

Het chalet kijkt uit op de bergen en het onderliggend bos en ligt vlakbij de sleeplift Clos du Pré. Op 5 minuten wandelafstand kun je ook de gondelliften Poutran/Troncon/Pic Blanc of L'Alpette nemen, welke je respectievelijk naar Le Pic Blanc (3330m) of skigebied Vaujany brengen. (Tip: neem de lift van de parkeergarage om snel bij de gondels te komen) Wandelpaden zijn er in overvloed en er liggen geplastificeerde wandelkaarten ter beschikking, waarvan je gebruik kunt maken. Wel graag laten liggen voor volgende gasten. In het zomerseizoen kun je naar hartelust de bekende Cols (Alpe d'Huez, Col du Glandon, Col de la Croix-de-Fer, Col d'Oz,...) beklimmen of een MTB parcours rijden. In de buurt kun ook je raften (Vénosc en Saint Christophe en Oisans) en parapenten (Vénosc).

Grenoble (55 km, 60 min) is de moeite waard om te bezoeken in elk seizoen. Les Deux Alpes is ook vlakbij. Venosc is de meest dichtbij gelegen opstapplaats vanaf Oz. Vanaf daar kun je de gondel nemen in zomer- en winterseizoen. Deze gondel is ook in de zomer extra lang open. In de winter is bij een 6-daags skipas Grand Domaine ook de mogelijkheid om 2 dagen in Les 2 Alpes te skiën. Ook kun je dan 1 x van de schaatsbaan en 1x van het zwembad in Vaujany gebruik maken.

Je kan altijd gratis parkeren op een niet-overdekte parkeerplaats en betalend parkeren (in het winterseizoen) en gratis (buiten het winterseizoen) in een overdekte parkeergarage.

Per persoon zijn 2 handdoeken ter beschikking, alsook 2 badmatten voor elke badkamer. Keukenhanddoeken en wc papier zijn ook ter beschikking. Kinderen tot 2 jaar kunnen gratis verblijven, als er gebruik gemaakt wordt van eigen bedjes van de huurders of het beschikbare babybedje. Er wordt dus geen bed/badlinnen voorzien voor baby's tot 2 jaar die gratis verblijven.

Er zijn in alle ruimtes elektrische wandkachels. En natuurlijk is er de open haard. Met voldoende hout op voorraad.

You will be welcomed by the manager on site if you can arrive after 4 pm at the agreed time. Thank you for the nice, detailled review! I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the chalet, his views and environment. I don't make a secret of it that people need to do some effort to bring stuff down to and upstairs from the chalet. The reason I have a lot of pictures on the Tripadvisor website. But as you said you get the stunning views as reward. The chalet fits 8 but indeed the mezzanine is less spacious than the other 3 rooms. Also that aspect is well mentioned and visible on the website I hope. But so nice you took time to write down a so detailled review. So thank you very much and I hope to welcome you another time!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Phaedra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
