Questa sistemazione magica ed esclusiva gode di una posizione unica con splendide viste su vigneti, prati verdi e sul favoloso lago di Garda! La villa, situata tra la splendida capitale del Lago di Garda, Desenzano e l'incantevole Padenghe sul Garda, offre 150 mq di spazio e altri 200 mq di giardino privato. Tre bellissime terrazze con posizione perfetta per piacevoli serate barbecue e zona relax. La villa è stata recentemente ristrutturata per garantire ai nostri ospiti uno standard estremamente alto. La villa offre splendidi pavimenti in legno, mobili nuovi dal design moderno, cucina completamente attrezzata con nuovi elettrodomestici e due bagni nuovi, uno dei quali con doccia. C'è anche un bel camino nel soggiorno.

Per assicurare la sicurezza ed il comfort degli ospiti di ITALIA LIVING durante il loro soggiorno abbiamo stabilito alcune linee guida.

Se le regole seguenti non dovessero essere rispettate, ITALIA LIVING si riserva il diritto di rifiutare ulteriore ospitalità all’ospite che disturbi altri ospiti o che non rispetti le Regole della Villa ITALIA LIVING. In caso di cancellazione di una parte del soggiorno di un ospite causata dalla cattiva condotta e dalla violazione delle Regole della Villa, ITALIA LIVING si riserva il diritto di addebitare l’intera durata del soggiorno secondo la prenotazione.

Il check in avviene a partire dalle ore 3:00 del pomeriggio. Il check out è entro alle ore 10:00 del mattino.

Agli ospiti sono consegnate le chiavi della ITALIA LIVING al momento della registrazione dei documenti di identità all’arrivo. Gli ospiti devono ri-consegnare le chiavi al momento della partenza.

E’ proibito invitare altri ospiti che non siano registrati. Se un ospite desidera ricevere dei visitatori, la richiesta deve essere fatta direttamente ad ITALIA LIVING ed il visitatore deve essere registrato. I visitatori devono essere approvati da ITALIA LIVING e sarà addebitato un costo di 35 Euro a persona.

Disturbare altri ospiti non è permesso. ITALIA LIVING si riserva il diritto di rifiutare ulteriore ospitalità all’ospite che disturbi altri ospiti o che non rispetti le Regole della Villa ITALIA LIVING.

Dalle ore 23:00 alle ore 08:00 è il tempo del riposo notturno. Invitiamo ogni ospite a fare attenzione durante questo intervallo di tempo e non provocare rumori che possano disturbare gli altri ospiti. La musica non è permessa dopo le ore 23:00.

Per convenienza degli ospiti viene fornita una cassaforte nell’armadio della camera. ITALIA LIVING non è responsabile di nessun danno o perdita dei vostri effetti personali.

Nel caso di verifichi uno smarrimento, gli ospiti devono informare immediatamente ITALIA LIVING. Vi raccomandiamo di controllare la cassaforte della vostra stanza alla partenza.

In tutta ITALIA LIVING è proibito fumare. Nel caso di violazione di questa regola, ITALIA LIVING è obbligata ad addebitare una multa di 90 Euro secondo la legge vigente.

L’Hotel non si assume nessuna responsabilità per eventuali danni ai veicoli degli ospiti nel parcheggio.

Non è permesso tenere animali domestici.

Vicino alla piscina c’è una doccia che deve essere usata prima di entrare in acqua. E’ anche obbligatorio raccogliersi i capelli prima di entrare in piscina. Materassini ed altri articoli gonfiabili non sono permessi in piscina. I Picnic e barbecue non sono permessi nell’area della piscina. L’area della piscina è condivisa con cinque altre ville. A causa del COVID 19, solo 4 persone possono stare contemporaneamente nell’area della piscina. Non è permesso fare dei parties nell’area della piscina ed è necessario rispettare gli altri ospiti. La musica non è permessa nell’area della piscina e dopo le ore 22.00 la piscina è chiusa.

Se un ospite perde o non restituisce le chiavi, sarà obbligato a pagare un addebito di 50 Euro.

Non è permesso asportare dalla VILLA la dotazione delle stanze (cuscini, coperte, asciugamani).

Se avete dei suggerimenti riguardo al nostro servizio o se avete dei problemi tecnici, per favore informateci non appena possibile per dare modo ad ITALIA LIVING di risolvere il problema.

In caso di danni alla proprietà di valore inferiore a 100 Euro, l’ospite dovrà rimborsare il 30%. In caso di danni ad oggetti di valore superiore a 100 Euro, l’ospite dovrà rimborsare il 80%.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Emma (the owner) a message.

If Emma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
