Little Byways is a newly created spacious cottage set over a two floors with appealing open plan layout and inspiring luxury coastal style. Step straight into the heart of the home and immerse yourself in the wonderful sense of light, space and calm. The fully fitted modern kitchen has all you need to create the perfect holiday menu and, with Cornwall firmly on the foodie map, you can dine on the freshest of seafood, meat and artisan Cornish produce sourced just moments away. Dress the table for that special occasion or simply enjoy a lazy breakfast as you map out the days itinerary. An open plan archway leads into the generous living space complete with vaulted glass ceiling which floods the room with natural light with the beautiful coastal views framed perfectly, sit back in comfort and watch the ebb and flow of life on the Camel Estuary. Cosy up beside the wood-burner in the cooler months or simply enjoy the luxury of a quiet afternoon and a favourite book on a summers day. Why can't I call Jane (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jane (the owner) a message.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
