Casa De Luca-Paparo is the classic beach house suitable for families and groups of friends, ideal for those who want to spend a period of total relaxation (being located in a quiet area of ​​City Tower / Licinella, just 500 meters from the beach ), but also suitable for those who like to explore culinary traditions, to those who like to visit places of culture (it is just 3 km from the famous archaeological park of Paestum, and 19 km from the beautiful medieval village of Castellabate) or breathtaking coastal scenery (beautiful Cilento Coast , just 10 km south you will find Agropoli, 19 km Castellabate, 70 km Palinuro and Marina di Camerota; 42 km to the north you can add Salerno, and 55 from the fantastic Amalfi coast). The apartment is on the ground floor, only 8 steps to the front door of the building. Casa De Luca-Paparo can accommodate up to 6 people being divided into two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds; large living room with sofa bed, television and a large table to feast in the company; kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking and eating, including the refrigerator and freezer; bathroom with shower and bidet, and equipped with a washing machine. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets that will make you spend a good night's rest. The villa features a large shared garden and free parking spaces. The neighborhood is located in a strategic position, very close to the beach, delicatessen, bakery, restaurants, bars, banks, etc.

Cara signora, da quanto mi è stato riferito, una coppia di villeggianti che stava soggiornando in un altro appartamento di altrui proprietà, quel giorno ha litigato, lei si è affacciata per impicciarsi, e la signora che era già nervosa per quanto accaduti l’ha invitata a farsi i fatti suoi in maniera forse troppo aggressiva. Premesso ciò, io non posso sapere, nè controllare o gestire chi villeggia negli altri appartamenti di altri proprietari del condominio. Oltretutto vivo a Salerno, per cui trovandomi a 35 km di distanza davvero non capisco in che maniera sarei potuta intervenire o come avrei potuto supportarla. Purtroppo di matti può capitare di trovarne ovunque, ma sicuro una cosa del genere non era mai accaduta prima nel condominio in questione. Sono dispiaciuta dell’accaduto e che vi siate rovinati il weekend, ma non posso essere considerata responsabile delle reazioni altrui, tra l’altro di persone a me estranee. Se ritenuto opportuno, avrebbe potuto far intervenire i carabinieri. Cordiali saluti

Why can't I call Letizia (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Letizia (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Letizia (the owner) a message.

If Letizia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
