Awarded the "Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence" and reviewed at 5* majority. Just a couple of minutes to the beach - a stunning ground floor, one bed south facing apartment which is self catering and has been tastefully refurbished. Can sleep a family of 5. 4 adults minimum.

With a sun trap patio and its own palm tree it is suitable for families or couples. Not suitable for hen / stag parties. The apartment comprises of one bedroom with double bed, triple bunk beds and a deluxe double sofa bed with memory foam mattress in lounge area, ample wardrobe and cupboard space. A family bathroom with over bath electric shower. Bright and colourful kitchen with all requirements. Beach / swimming pool towels ARE NOT SUPPLIED bring your own please. Personal use towels for use in the apartment are provided.

Dining area, sitting area with easy pull out sofa bed and TV. Through patio door to a sun trap secure patio area with table and chairs. Allocated free parking space. Secure garden with magnificent palm trees and heated swimming pool for use of guests. (open May to September). Please read the stipulated management rules for pool area before use. No children under 12 without adult supervision. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents/incidents within the pool and gardens.

Close to all amenities and shops within easy level walking distance. Enjoy the nearby Pirate and Fishing mecca of Brixham, gentle afternoons at Cockington, the chocolate box thatched village where the horse drawn carriage ambles and cream teas delight..

Splashdown Water Park and Swan boats at Goodrington or Paignton Zoo. Try out the Go-Karts or a more sedate round of golf. Land train from Paignton to Babbacombe along the coastal roads. Pack a picnic and visit the breath taking views at Bury Head.

Evenings at the theatre and one of the many restaurants and much much more to enjoy and explore. A romantic sea trip around the bay in the evening perhaps. Take-away restaurants with delivery service if you feel too tired to go out.

You don't need a car, main railway station and bus station approx. 10 mins walk. Buses running all day and into late evening with stops just minutes way from the apartment.

Wheelchair users. The entrance to the apartment is through the patio door, which has one step. No other steps in the apartment and easy access to swimming pool. Door sizes, other than patio, are average sized household doors.

The keys and swipe card for the parking barrier are inside the apartment. Details of outside key safe will be given to you a couple of days before your arrival, together with other details about the apartment. No wifi Pool open between May 1st to September 30th You will be given directions to New Esplanade Court a week before you are due to arrive, with details of keys, parking etc. Also included are details about the apartment for your benefit to enjoy a trouble free holiday. If guests wish to bring their own bedding and towels (inc. tea towels) for their stay, that will be no problem. Pillow cases and duvets are supplied. There will be no refund for bringing your own bedding etc.

It is great having Glenda and her family stay in the apartment, as they know how the apartment works and always leave it clean and tidy. The swimming pool was unfortunately closed this year due to the Covid pandemic and safety issues regarding swimmers, but hopefully Glenda and family will return again and enjoy the pool too.

Why can't I call Glen (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Glen (the owner) a message.

If Glen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
