This front line Penthouse apartment offers stunning ever-changing views of Young’s Park and the sea beyond across the bay to Brixham. Literally a minute from Goodrington sands beach, it's the ideal escape to seaside luxury.

As you enter the Penthouse, sunlight streams in through a huge glass atrium and light fills the whole apartment. The contemporary open plan living area greets you with a fantastic view of the ocean through floor to ceiling glass doors leading out onto a balcony with sun loungers and dining furniture but even better, your own private hot tub for a feeling of complete and utter luxury.

The impressive, contemporary kitchen/diner also has striking views of the ocean from the Juliet balcony.

Bedroom 1 has a Super King size bed with views over Clennon Valley. The second bedroom with King size bed, accessed down two steps has an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has twin beds which can also be made up to a Super King sized bed if you choose. A luxury family bathroom completes the picture for a truly fabulous stay.

"Personally, I stayed at the Penthouse as a paying guest many times before I purchased it. I could find nowhere with such amazing views; it's like viewing an animated Lowry painting - there is so much going on in the park and on the beach, and at night you can see Brixham harbour lit up in the distance. When the sun goes down you have five TV's in this apartment and up on the second floor you feel very safe and secure when you retire to a very comfortable, quality bed. Add to this the unusually well-designed open plan layout of the apartment and the choice of a swim in the pool or a soak in the hot tub and you can see why I think the Penthouse tops the lot."

Please note there is no lift to the Penthouse so it may not be suitable for some less able or elderly visitors.

All guests are welcome to call me any time to ask any questions about the apartment or the area. During the stay, the Goodrington Lodge Team will be on hand locally to handle any emergencies - not that we have had any yet! :-)

Why can't I call Diane (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Diane (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Diane (the owner) a message.

If Diane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
