Set on Palea Fokea, an east seaside suburb of Attica, Marianna Cottage combines the natural beauty with the ultimate level of relaxation and a wonderful view of the Saronic Gulf. Ideal for everyone looking for a unique holiday, whether they are couples in search of quiet comfort or families with younger ones wanting to enjoy carefree play in the great outdoors. A perfect blend of traditional and modern aesthetics handpicked original art to inspire a way of easy living.

Guests will have access to all 1000 square meters patio of the property being able to familiarize themselves to local flora, natural grasses and wild aromatic plants characteristic of the area’s habitat.

In addition, to the private garden of the villa (300 m²) there is an outdoor lounge with barbeque and sunbeds. The outdoor areas are a treat; Amazing gathering spots include lounging and alfresco dinning sections on the various layers of the property, either protected from the sun and winds or ideal for sunbathing.

The upper floor of the residence consists of 2 double bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bathroom, 1 living area along with the kitchen. There is a dining table for 4 persons and two sofas, one of which can easily be transformed to a double bed.

The lower floor consists of 1 double bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bathroom and a traditional fireplace.There is a dining table for 6 persons and two sofas, one of which can easily be transformed to a double bed. The two floors are independent ( with separate entrance door) to each other for extra privacy when needed.
