Nel cuore delle colline toscane tra Pisa e Firenze, immerso nella natura, il “Podere Il Leccione” offre il punto d’incontro tra relax, divertimento, arte e gastronomia. Saremo felici di accogliervi in un ambiente tranquillo e familiare. Distante solo 2 Km dal centro di Palaia, immerso tra boschi e olivi, in un paesaggio tra i piu' belli della toscana, "Il Leccione" offre ai propri ospiti la certezza di trascorrere una vacanza in tutto relax.Nelle vicinanze potrete trovare numerosi ristoranti tipici dove potrete degustare e deliziarvi dei piatti genuini e gustosissimi della cucina toscana.

La villa è grande circa 180 mq ed è finemente arredata con lo stile caldo e accogliente delle case di campagna, pavimenti in cotto e soffitti con vecchie travi in legno a vista. Al piano terra si trovano una grande cucina, una zona living, una camera e due bagni, al primo piano sono presenti 3 camere e un bagno. La villa è circondata da un grosso piazzale in ghiaia sul quale domina un enorme leccio secolare. Sul retro della casa è presente la piscina (7x5), e un ampio giardino con sdraio, lettini prendisole, ombrelloni, barbecue e grande patio dove mangiare nelle calde giornate d'estate.

PISCINA: apertura dal 01 maggio

TASSA DI SOGGIORNO non è compresa nel prezzo. Il costo è di 1 euro al giorno solo per i primi 5 giorni di soggiorno da pagare per ospiti di eta' uguale o superiore a 10 anni.

RISCALDAMENTO a GPL non è compreso nel prezzo, ma da calcolare in base ai mc consumati.

ARIA CONDIZIONATA: l'aria condizionata è presente in due delle tre camere al primo piano. La terza camera al primo piano dispone di ventilatore, mentre la camera situata al piano terra non necessita di aria condizionata.

BIANCHERIA da bagno e da letto compresa nel prezzo. Non è compreso il cambio settimanale. Ulteriore biancheria richiesta oltre a quella gia' fornita ha il costo di 15,00 euro a persona.

ANIMALI: sono i benvenuti nella nostra struttura. supplemento pulizie da pagare in loco 60 euro.

Why can't I call Federica (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Federica (the owner) a message.

If Federica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
