We would like to welcome you to our house in Palio one of the most beautiful areas of Kavala starts its fascination from the compound mountain and sea. Our apartments can accommodate up to five people. The apartments are divided into two sizes, the one about 70 qm2 the other two about 55 qm2 groß.Die generous freshly renovated and newly furnished apartments all have sea views and a walk-around balcony. The units consist of a bedroom, living room with TV, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, coffee and tea. The other two apartments consist of an open living room / kitchen arrangement, bedroom and bathroom.All apartments have air conditioning in the bedroom. These (55sqm) apartments have a balcony. Furthermore, we offer a free laundry service of towels and sheets comprises of. Private parking and satellite TV Apartmets: A bus stop is to visit (5 meters) of the house, so you take the bus or the city two beautifully situated on the coast villages (Iraklitsa / Peramos) nearby. There you have the option of the many beach bars (beach chairs are free when ordering drinks) to visit taverns or cafes. In Iraklitsa you can participate in the extensive range of water sports (diving, water skiing, banana, - or donuts).. Peramos offers a unique to eastern Greece sandy scenic beautiful sandy beach Amolofi (this beach necessarily googling). The city of Kavala is an ancient town located in the former coffee cultivation was operated. In Kavala there are a lot to discover. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Dimi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
