The 4-bedroom Villa Talos is located in the small village of Spaniakos, just 4 km away from the beautiful, picturesque town of Paleochora "far from the madding crowd". It is placed in the center of an estate of 20 acres, and it consists of three parts and the main building with a private pool.

Villa Talos is a just renovated old oil press fabric with a private pool of 60 sq.m. The first section includes the public spaces. It consists of two living rooms, the fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. It occupies an area of 160 sq.m. and it is a historical building, built around 1800 AD.

The second section consists of two bedrooms with a separate bathroom each. One bedroom has a double bed and one handmade sofa-bed, while the other one has two single beds.

The third section consists of two maisonettes with a common kitchen. One maisonette includes a lounge with a leather sofa, a bathroom and a bedroom with one double bed and two handmade bed-settees, while the second maisonette has a double bed, a bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Emmanuel and Yannis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
