Description

Villa Eleni is a real Greek 'family' summer house and is situated in the corner of the Klima bay directly at the shores of the Aegean sea.

To the front and side are large sun terraces with a beautiful garden behind the Villa. Aslo there is a private parking where you will be able to park your car which is included in the rental.

The view over the Aegean Sea towards the protected area of Turkey is incredible and we have not even mentioned the beautiful sunsets.

In the evening experiencing the full moon privately in the swing sofa.

This is just paradise.

The villa layout is as follows: on the ground floor a "modern" bathroom with shower and toilet, open kitchen with a sitting/diningroom and at the front / sea side a double bedroom with air conditioning and two wardrobes.

On the first floor a double bedroom with air conditioning, a balcony with sea view and through the balcony doors access to a roof terrace.

Recently the villa was renovated and restyled to create a modern classic Greek villa.

Inclusive:

- a private parking space behind the Villa for your car.

- With a booking a free rental car (a-class with air conditioning) will be waiting for you at the airport

- a welcome basket with supplies as mineralwater, thea, toast, butter, jam, eggs e.g. will be waiting for you on arrival at the Villa.

- fully equipped bathroom with a shower / bathrobes / towels / hairdryer etc.

- kitchen with cookingstove / toaster / mixer / fruitpress etc..

- first bedroom has two beds, air conditioning and a sea view balcony.

- second bedroom on the ground floor has two beds and air conditioning .

- fully equipped sun terraces with "lounge" sunbeds, umbrellas and comfortable relaxchairs etc

The rental price includes once a week cleaning and change of bed linen and towels.

Upon arrival at the airport there will be a rental car with air conditioning (b-class) ready and waiting for you to start an relaxing holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
